Maintenance Problems The heating and AC were not working in the bathroom, and it was freezing cold temperatures. It was also raining, and water was coming in the bathroom around the window causing water to be on the floor. Maintenance fixed the heating and AC system but not the window. We should have been moved to another room.

Would stay again if the opportunity arises again Great room condition. Clean and comfortable, I could sleep soundly which is the key point. The gym was good and well equipped. Friendly front desk and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would stay here again if given the opportunity!!!

Five star experience What a wonderful experience here at this hotel! We felt so valued as guests, and the services provided were truly top notch. Extremely clean hotel with a luxury feel. Phenomenal staff. We would definitely return! The front desk staff were amazing, as well as concierge. We treated ourselves to room service, and were not disappointed!

Not OMNI worthy Ragged rooms — non-functional TV, delayed hot water, delayed maid service (5:00 PM). Sounds like whining but standards (an idea washed away in Covid excuses and malaise) represent an opportunity to excel. Omni Downtown does not. I feel badly for the people who work there, each of whom was friendly and outgoing. They need help.

Great Hotel with Work-From-Home Options The hotel was fantastic and centrally located. What made this stay even better was the opportunity to use the Outpost Travel Rental work-from-home setup. This included two monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and connection dock. This allowed me to work from my hotel room during the day comfortably and experience Downtown Austin in the evenings.
