Disappointed Darkest halls ways ever. Elevator is broken. Ice machine is broken. Seems like there was no effort to repair. Service was not friendly and very short with you. Free breakfast ends at 8am. Overall disappointing experience and likely to not recommend.

Really good Best rating to price ratio I have ever seen in my life working on the road for a decade & a half. The 20 something year old man working the desk was very accommodating for my stay requests, highly recommended…………:::::::::::……………………………………….

Staff makes the difference Our first contact person was Marina and she was the best. We were tired and hungry and did not want to drive far so she recommended a very close by authentic Mexican restaurant which we enjoyed and were able to wind down from the trip. Anything we needed, such as extra coffee cups were gladly provided.

Good night's Sleep The bed was very comfortable, room & bathroom very clean. Looked like it had been updated and renovated. Restaurants, shopping nearby and not far from downtown. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Sufficiant parking and lighting outside. It was very quiet and uneventful. No loud people. We had 2 good nights of sleep. Supposed to have 100 channels, but only found about 30. Definitely need more outlets. The only outlet available was on the desk lamp and bathroom. One light switch operated all lights including the lights next to bed. Our friends room, not all of their lights worked and had an odd smell in room. The hot breakfast could be improved. Hot foods included scrambled eggs(powder/instant), turkey sausage & belgian waffles. Would have been nice to have hashbrowns or biscuit & gravy. Only one trash can in dining area, really needed one in the food line area as well. We would probably stay again just because the rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly.

Excellent Experience Fantastic Hotel! The staff was nice, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was good and the price was great. Can't ask for much more than that. The hotel was updated. The whole experience was great. I would definitely stay there again!
