Very expensive for what you get Really old and in need of updating. Our room was small and cramped. Furniture looked thrown together from a yard sale. Cleanliness could have been better. For the price ($$$$) not worth it since it feels like a motel. Only good things about the place are the location and the staff was nice.

So great.. location perfect! 1st of all I can't believe these bad reviews... that's ridiculous..we loved this place not only did we find a great deal.. they let us check in early...its right in the middle of town... down the street from the town vons... jack was so nice and great w the recommendations.. will definitely stay again!

Phoenix visits Catalina. We absolutely had the best time at this hotel. Denise and Jack were so much fun, and the location is A++++. Breakfast was perfect for us, ice coffee, bagels, muffins, cereal with fruit and almond milk. We cannot wait to go back, food, shopping, snorkeling all right there in easy walking distance __

Quaint, comfy and centrally located This not a five star hotel but the one star ratings are far from accurate. Perhaps their experience was an unfortunate occurrence, or mine was unique but I wouldn’t be deterred by the one star reviews. The room was a good size, our porch was very spacious, the view was pretty good, it is centrally located, the bed was comfortable, and the people were nice. It is an older hotel which comes with a little bit of a musky smell but not so bad that it is offensive. It’s just old. If you are looking for a five star hotel experience this isn’t it but I would absolutely recommend this place to friends and family for the fact that it is quaint, comfortable and a hop skip from the main walkway.

Cheap hotel with high price Stay away from this hotel, nothing like the pictures that posted on website. The floor in our room is greasy and sticky when you step on it . All the furniture are old and dusty, the drawers door sound like they will fall off, the toilet bow is all yellow stain. There is a portable AC with a hose attached which go to the window but there are gap so air come in and out, the engineer is the genius !!!!!. there is a hole on the door, they use a metal table like in cheap restaurant. It's cheap hotel with high prices.
