BED BUGSs crawling in the night. Total experience from Front Desk, to GM was a dismissive disaster. Ants, Bug bites in the bed. When asked to move no other room avail. But someone with no hot water is upgraded to suite. For a room that cost $519 a night they offered $100 creidt when I have more bug bed bites all over my arms and legs I have stayed a Marriott’s all over the world and this by far is the worst in service. When spoke with housekeeping the next morning-confirmed it was a common problem for the roomer were in.

Bell Men My favorite part of the stay was all the help they gave. Henry was a great bell man! Very friendly and did a great job getting all of out bags to the car and communicationing with us to make sure we were comfortable

Disappointing Positives: Front desk lady was very nice. room was ready for check in earlier than expected. Room was nice and clean Negatives: $50 charge to put my own drinks in the mini fridge in the room. Tidal Cove employees were rude. Grabbed our arms to tighten our wristbands. Don’t allow snacks even for the babies. Food and drinks way overpriced in the park. Nothing else kid friendly in the hotel. The only other pool in the hotel was adult only. Valet took 1 hour to bring me my keys and that was after asking 3 different valet workers to please just bring me my keys as I had already waited for an hour. I would never stay in this hotel again

Great service, employees, amenities, & stay! Had a wonderful time staying here for 6 days. My bellman Henry was so helpful, kind, and amazing. Excellent service when I arrived and left. The amenities are great, especially the water park. Will come back again next time I’m in the Miami area!

Amazing family getaway We arrived early on Sunday morning, left the luggage with valet and went straight to enjoy the water park. Check in was seamless. When we arrived to the room we found a birthday cake to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday (thanks to Melody Miller, reservation manager, that went above and beyond...she asked if we were celebrating any special occasion that weekend). I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.
