Very Disappointed They are calling peoples comfort animals, service dogs. These yappy little things are not service dogs. they do not have rooms designated for "Service Dogs" so every room is pet central so carpets and such if you are allergic are not a good place, as well as possible fleas and lice and such, TV didn't work properly and staff said there was nothing they could do.

Best stay for a quiet getaway First vacation with no kids in 5 years! The staff was very nice. Our room was very clean. The hotel was quiet. Great location close to all our favorite restaurants! We will definitely book here again!

visit I think the hot tub in the room experience was nice.... however, the lid on the tub was a bit hard to move around. The ladies at the front desk were very kind. The service was good when we ask for fresh towels as well.

Didn't get my money's worth The photo of the room I had booked on your web site didn't match with the room I was given. The front desk brushed it off saying that sometimes the photos don't match the actual rooms which sounded like a cheap excuse to get rid of me. The manager Matt was unprofessional and was not helpful at all. On top of all that, there was a problem with their plumbing and our balcony started to flood.

I loved this place! Great location, lovely comfortable room! The Craftsman decor is beautiful. Close to Avila Beach and all of the wonders of the Central Coast. I wish they had other California locations. They even sell a selection of wines at great prices!
