Run! First impression, front desk was not very friendly. It's like a maze to get to your room. Rooms are very outdated, smell like subway which BTW is on the ground level below the rooms. No air conditioning. They have a portable unit in the living area which doesn't even come close to cooling the main bedroom. Would not recommend staying here

Christie Lodge A nice place, whose location made it very easy to get to all of the things we wanted to get to. The staff was helpful friendly and courteous. There has been significant remodeling and updating done to the establishment. We were on the top floor and the little ac machine couldn’t’ keep up with making the rooms very cool, it was very hot the week we were there and booking on the bottom floor would have been helpful. The pool was great as were the hot tubs; the Lodge provides excellent Wi-Fi and they go above and beyond to help the guests. We recommend this place

No Central Air Conditioning. Do NOT stay here in the summer. Title says it all. There's nothing but a rinky-dink portable A/C unit in the living room. It barely cooled that room, and didn't really reach the bedroom at all. I spent a miserable night on a Murphy bed behind the couch. The place might be tolerable in the cooler months, I guess...but not in the summer. A real rip-off.

Close to lots of hiking & fishing. Beautiful resort. Nicely maintained pool & hotubs, extremely clean! Higher amenities fee charged daily. Walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Easy drive to all outdoor activities, summer or winter
