Very Enjoyable Stay Very Clean and Friendly Staff. Very accommodating. Both the restaurant and the breakfast offered a variety of food options. I had a minor issue, that was resolved immediately, with no interruptions to my stay.

Staycation in March 2020 We stayed here on March 7 for a relaxing girls weekend. We arrived earlier than the usual 4pm check-in and only waited for 15-20 minutes to get a room. The clerk at the front desk brought us our keys and breakfast coupon and we were on our way. We didn't receive the hot chocolate chip cookies that this brand is well known for, not sure but maybe it was because of our early check in... Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. We had everything we needed except for a bottle opener but ended up getting one at the front desk. We went to the pool area, got changed amd then hot told the we had to bring our own towels which was not convenient because that meant we had to go back upstairs to our room and get them, then ask the front desk for dry ones for our room... Towels should be available at the pool. Its true that the walls are not sound proof and you can hear everything. We came back from the Ferme Rouge and we were only speaking with each other and someone banged on the wall which made us really uncomfortable and we ended up whispering for the rest of the night :( Breakfast was good and easy parking. All in all we had a good time.

Too hot I've been staying in this hotel for 5 ywars bow and every single visit provides the same problem. The rooms are too hot and the hvac sysyem never seems to work. Wr have tried diffetent seasons and different floors but the problem remains. Nice hotel and good staff/service but the HVAC is poor.

Good Hotel Nice and clean hotel, enjoyed my stay. The rooms are not noise insulated so you will hear everything from the other rooms around you and the shower heads are very bad pressure. But other than those two things its a nice hotel.

Clean and comfy rooms make sure to have towels for pool My friend and I stayed here with our children. My only pet peeve is that when we asked for towel for the pool we were told someone would bring them down to us and never did. May I suggest providing towels for folks in the pool area, as that’s what most hotels do. We had to walk back to our rooms cold and wet!!! Rooms were clean and the restaurant attached to the hotel was decent as well.
