Horrid heater, micro & refrig dirty, shower cold quick Owner walked into room without knocking! The pillows Do Not seem to even be a Standard size pillow small and one per person. The worst though, they're jailhouse pillows (plastic/latex pillow stuffed w/unknown) Pillowcase thread bare came off easily as it slipped & slid with every movement. It didn't like staying on just like our heads

Find another place Do not stay here. I booked a room and could not stay in the room more than five minutes- the smell was overwhelming. I left my keys on the dresser and left. I Most pet friendly rooms are on the bottom floor, for convenience. Not at this place. I hesitate to give a bad review but don’t want someone to experience the same. Did not ask for a refund was just happy I found another clean, pet friendly hotel.

A RIP OFF!! Booked through a third party because another hotel I had booked was overbooked and wouldn't accommodate me. Had a late arrival due to the previous issue. They have a buzzer to ring for assistance. Nobody would answer so I ended up sleeping in my car. Priceline called them to make sure I wasn't charged and they are refusing to refund. I SLEPT IN MY CAR. They know I didn't use a room. I obviously went there and tried, otherwise how would I know you have a buzzer to press!! Give me my money back and quit cheating people!!

Rude staff The staff was terrible. We booked this hotel online and then the guy who checked us in insisted we pay again. We showed him our confirmation and he rudely told us not to waste his time with that. He charged us twice (but luckily Hopper has great customer service). There was no hot water and the room heater didn’t work. The positives were that it was cheap and available last second.

Worst Place Ever This is the worst hotel/motel I have ever seen! There was nothing else available or I would have walked right out. The room was stinky! The filth was unbelievable. I didn't shower the next morning because the bathroom was so dirty. The bedspread was worn to the point of holes. The blanket was very stiff and had so many stains that we took it off. Seriously, the bedding was so bad I wouldn't have donated it to the dog shelter. The health department really needs to investigate this place.
