Great stay! Amazing staff, food and location! Billy was amazing. He checked me in and out. The building can use a major update but the staff very accommodating. Especially Billy. Food was hot and fresh. Dinner menu was big compared to other hotels. Thank you!

Diamond Elite Experience Upgrade: no upgrades Location: near warehouses Pretty outdated decor. The AC is super loud, which makes it difficult to sleep. We just needed a place to crash as we were driving back from Vegas to the Bay Area and this worked out. Great value for point redemption.

Hotel Good Area Bac My company made reservations for a male employee. He communicated that the hotel was fine; but the area in which the hotel is located is not very good. Our employee does not recommend the hotel based on the outlying area.

Comfortable, personable and safe I chose this property over the newer one near the airport because of the great and better reviews it received here on TripAdvisor. Although in a semi-industrial area I was pleasantly surprised that the grounds were very nice and lush and I felt safe. The front desk personnel were friendly and answered my numerous questions with a smile. I got a two queen bed room on the 4th floor. Everything was clean (there were some dust bunnies and an out of reach water bottle under one of the beds of which I notified the housekeeping staff as I was leaving). It was just a few blocks off of I-99 and there were several eating options available nearby. There is also a Costco three blocks away. I ordered dinner take out from the nearby La Imperial Taqueria - it was great. There is a nice indoor pool, an exercise room and an in house bar and restaurant where they served full service breakfast which I enjoyed before I left (not complimentary - but there were several delicious options). When my travels take me this way again I will choose to stay here. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Traveling through Bakersfield Traveling to Bremerton Wa. We stopped last night in Bakersfield Ca and stayed here. Not a new hotel but rooms were clean. Melinda at the front desk was both professional and friendly. The young lady working in the restaurant was also very friendly. We appreciate smiling friendly people when traveling in an area we are unfamiliar with.
