Great place to stay and the staff…. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and such a clean place. We will be back! The beach was wonderful but the most enjoyable experience was our beach attendant Gary. He was extremely nice and personable. I’m telling you ask for Gary you will get the VIP treatment. We felt like family when we had to leave. Everyone else was great but he is on another level! All the rooms and the views are incredible. The pool could use an update, just not sure what it is missing but it’s something! The bar was ehhh and the servers were almost to much at times. Overall a great stay and wonderful atmosphere. Next level care…thanks Gary for all you did!

Stay at the Four Seasons To start off with it’s not the easiest hotel entrance to find. Then when you walk in it stinks of cheap lemon air freshener to the point that i was uncomfortable. More importantly the upgrade I was offered to a suite even though I did not ask for anything was not ready when I checked in at 4:30pm…..I had warned the front desk using their Bonvoy app that I was on a tight schedule and that I wanted our rooms ready on time… secondly once in my room I called the Butler service to have a shirt ironed. Nobody answered the phone. I called room service nobody answered. I called the front desk nobody answered. There is no mini fridge in the room. Nobody had put ice in the room. The tv in the bathroom did not work. The bathroom is getting old, very old, just like the carpet in the bedroom…. Do I need to add anything else? As a whole the Ritz Carlton hotels need some much needed TLC and renovation work before everything falls apart.

My moms 50th bday We brought a day pass and the whole experience was amazing!! Dayan was our server on the beach and he was spectacular!!! So we’re the ladies by the pool who were so accommodating! Jada and Shemiah are amazing!! Truly an exceptional day bc of these people. I definitely recommend getting a day pass. Superb

Amazing We came to the Ritz with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. It was an amazing experience. Gary set us up with the best spot on the beach. Jada gave me abs with how hard she made me laugh getting towels. Dannel was the best server. I don’t think my drink was ever half empty. I can’t recommend the Bal Harbour Ritz more!

Way to spend… several days! After wrapping up my work earlier this week my wife and I decided to spend the weekend at this hotel. It’s only halfway through and the service has been phenomenal! First, we were greeted warmly from the moment our car doors were opened upon arrival. The lady at the front desk (Jessica) added to what was already a very pleasant start to our stay. She was friendly, informative, and very attentive to our requests (a few of which were right on the spot). Next, her manager (Adrienne) made it her business to say hello and welcome us to the property. She has been amazingly responsive and her personality (along with Jessica’s) is what makes people want to return over and over again. The pool, the food, location (ocean, inlet, beach and more beach), etc. My wife and I are well-travelled and this property has definitely made our list of favorites moving forward. Thanks Marriott Family!
