Great Service We stayed at this great hotel at the Baltimore airport so we could visit nearby Washington DC. We had never been to either city before. We had planned to take the train to DC but really weren’t sure how to go about doing that. Our hotel shuttle driver Anna was so helpful and patient. She made sure we were right where we needed to be.

Pleasantly surprised for a business trip Our employer made the hotel reservations for a conference at the convention center. The hotel is surprisingly large. It offers valet parking, a complimentary breakfast and nightly happy hour. It also has a Starbucks. The room was quiet, large and clean. The only trouble I encountered was turning the water on in the shower! (You have to pull the handle out very hard.) The hotel is a further walk to the Inner Harbor than other hotels. Beware that the walk back from the Inner Harbor is four blocks uphill!

Disappointing Property was dilapidated and they don’t participate in Hilton Honors rewards and programs. Usually honors members get special benefits, here you get a room. No customer appreciation or customer service at all.

My stay at the Hilton My stay at the Hilton was exceptional. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a great value. Large selection to choose from plus custom made omelets. The happy hour was free drinks with snack food. What a deal. We were upgraded to a deluxe suite free of charge because my wife was celebrating her 75th birthday. Very nice room. The dinners we had in the restaurant were great! I would definitely go back there!

Nice, but could be better The staff was very friendly, however the room was not what I expected it to be for the price. The window coverings needed attention and it was hard to regulate our room temperature. What dampen it for me was the very strong smell of marijuana the night we stayed that came when we went into our bathroom.
