This Four Season’s is Spectacular Most Four Seasons are wonderful, but this property is spectacular. Great service, comfortable rooms, terrific restaurants.

Exceptional From the time you are greeted to the time you leave you are felt welcome. We booked a city view room but was really given a harbor view (nice surprise). Every team member provided exceptional service. The pool is spectacular (much nicer than the Sagamore). The staff at the pool provided exceptional service and were very friendly. The fitness center was state of the art. We did not visit the spa this time around. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We were deciding between this and the Sagamore and I’m glad we chose here as we spent considerable time at the pool which I felt was much nicer than Sagamore (we walked into Sagamore and the pool was smaller and is not dedicated to just hotel guests). The only issue with their pool is that the main pool deck is kind of small which can make it difficult to get a seat around the pool but the team does a good job of cleaning up vacant spaces so that next guest can enjoy the loungers (I’ve been to many hotels where they will just leave the towels on the chairs all day so it looks like someone is using them but the people have left for the day. They do not do that here since they ask if you are leaving as you exit the pool and clean up the space accordingly for the next guest).

My business stay at the Four Seasons, Baltimore Harbor The staff were extraordinary. The meeting space was perfect and the food and drinks at both Bygone and Maxim's were outstanding. The location is excellent, close to the Pier 5 Water Taxi, Pier 6 Pavillion, Fells Point and Camden Yards. I look forward to my next stay at the Four Seasons, Baltimore Harbor.
