Good location to Inner Harbor Check in was fast and parking (expensive) but convenient and available. Masks in Baltimore for indoor was mandatory. Most guests followed the guidelines but didn’t seemed to be in forced to those who chose differently. The room was clean and view was alright. Biggest concern, air conditioning, which blew all night on the bed area. No way to redirect. Had to sleep under the covers which was very uncomfortable. Bedding was heavy and no alternative blankets available in rooms. Personally , would not stay here again because of air conditioning.

Outstanding service. Amazing harbor views. Must stay Impeccable service. Walking distance to Inner Harbor eateries and shopping. You don’t need to drive once you arrive. Safe and convenient parking. I can’t say enough about the staff!! Everyone from the doorman to front desk to concierge offers the sort of experience that is why I’m a Marriott girl :) Harbor view room views are spectacular and we love the Aveda products.

Wedding Anniversary Overnight Stay This was my first time staying at this hotel I have never been to Baltimore,Maryland. Let me start by saying that this hotel room passed my famous black light test the room was immaculate. I had a king guest room with a harbor view it was beautiful. Guest services was perfect from the time I made a reservation with Sandra. Called A day later to add in some special request due to it was my wedding anniversary spoke to a lovely woman named Charde Front desk guest services, she helped me put everything into place for my stay. Checking in with Ange and Check out with Ajee both women were pleasant and greeted me with a smile! But the best part of my trip is what you call true hospitality Superman himself showed up and greeted me at the front desk! His name Chris M. General manager of the hotel. He overheard that we were celebrating a wedding anniversary and he offered bottle of complementary champagne and he provided a late check out and gave my husband and I some ideas where we could go to see some sites the next day. I also requested a microwave because room service is not available yet in the hotel he also brought the microwave up himself which I thought that is above and beyond what hotel managers do!! There was a wedding going on that weekend as well and I saw that those guest were just as happy and attended to as well! I would definitely recommend this hotel.. and I will be back again! FYI There is a little store in the Hotel that sells everything you could possibly need from snacks to T-shirts to toothbrushes cuppa noodles ect .. Small Starbucks cafe And bar lounge to get cocktails! I like to thank the entire staff of the hotel you truly work hard and are gracious and always with a smile!

Beautiful view and great location We stayed for three nights while visiting Johns Hopkins. Good location with lots of dining available within walking distance. Aquarium right across the street with lots of family activities nearby. Staff were very pleasant. Room clean. Partial harbor view was very nice.

Not a good experience I stayed here for a conference in July 2021 . The experience was lacking: - there was only shampoo and conditioner in my room. The shampoo had been emptied out and replaced with water, so clearly it was previously used. I discovered this while in the shower - the charger on the nightstand started to burn and smoke as I was charging my phone in the night. It was unsafe. - my room was supposed to be ready at 3pm, but it wasn’t ready until after 5, which caused me to miss a portion of the conference I was in town for. I would not stay here again.
