Wedding hotel The charm of the hotel architecture and history was not enough to keep us as repeat clients. Bob, the valet manager, although friendly did not assist with our bags or even the front door to the hotel. The AC failed our second night in 96 degree with 88% humidity temps. There were other issues but probably not worth writing.

Worst Environment Imaginable. Do Not Waste Your Money Stayed at this place for a wedding. We booked over 15+ rooms and they decided we were not welcome in the upstairs bar. They refused to serve us, even though tip is automatically charged on the bill. This place is one of the worst places you could pick in the area, and I will never be back.

Food options were falsely advertised We stayed here bc of the food options advertised on the site as my son was having surgery and we needed convenience. The restaurants were closed when we arrived. There are no food options by the hotel and when I called the front desk, they didn’t offer any options. The area is not very vibrant as advertised. We felt trapped and had to spend $90 on door dash chipotle. The rooms are clean and comfortable but other than that, I don’t recommend.

Best in Baltimore! What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, cute and friendly! The staff is so friendly and helpful! My room was so cute and I loved the bed and beautiful clean white sheets! My room was spacious and stylish! Topside restaurant has a new chef and my dinner and drinks were delicious! I stayed for over two weeks, can’t wait to come back again!

Want rude service when you arrive stay here. While the rooms were nice and decorated do no stay here if you expect any customer service! Your car is hauled to a public lot apparently with NO SECURITY and they demand you empty every bag. Stay where you know there is some security and people will direct you to the elevator and help with bags they didn't lift a finger to help grab bags unsure why they say there is valet parking and customer assistance because clearly that was wrong as no one offered to assist nor direct you to the elevator. Go somewhere else would be my recommendation unfortunately as the room was nice but I would rather stay where you are treated with some resemblance of customer service. .
