Vey good Lodge Nice Lodge, near City. Good Stuff and good Value. I found good the idea to choose if you would like to had made the room or you get 5CAD per day. Good for environment. We had a great stay in Park Lodge ! Thank you!

Accessible Comfort in Banff- A hotel that listens and evolves! I’d like to start by saying that the Banff Park Lodge is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with friendly, hospitable, and helpful staff. While the accessible room does not have an automatic door, making entry and exit a bit challenging, the room itself is clean, spacious, and overall manageable for individuals with mobility challenges. One important consideration: the shower lacks an appropriate place to sit. If you have difficulty standing for extended periods, I recommend bringing a shower bench or commode. Additionally, the pool area, while lovely, is only accessible by stairs, so I was unable to access the pool deck and its amenities. However, when I shared my concerns with management, they took my feedback seriously and informed me that they are in the early stages of renovating and upgrading their accessible rooms. These updates are expected to be completed by the end of March/beginning of April 2025! This thoughtful response made me feel heard and validated, knowing that my feedback will help make the hotel more inclusive and accessible for everyone. Thank you, Banff Park Lodge—I look forward to visiting again in the spring!

Great location and fresh look! The hotel is undergoing a major renovation and thankfully there was no signs of construction. The rooms are very updated with a mid century modern design. It is fresh and feels new. The location is perfect. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. All in all a great place to stay!

Had a great stay! Went for our babymoon/honeymoon, and it was a very nice, relaxing stay. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, and newly renovated to be very modern and cozy. Although, we wish there were firmer pillows (the pillows we had provided no neck support). Location was prime! Minutes away from all the shops on the main strip. It was also very nice to have the pool, hot tub, and sauna to relax at the end of the day.

Great location Easy to walk around Banff. Hotel is in the process of remodeling. We were able to get shuttle from Airport and book tours from the pick up spots within walking distance.
