A wonderful stay! Fantastic price! Don't get hung up on the negative reviews—the hotel is great. Check-in with Nan was lovely. She acknowledged my gold status, upgraded me to a nice corner room, and even added me to WhatsApp to notify me when my room was ready. I arrived early, and my room was ready ahead of the standard check-in time. If breakfast isn't included, I recommend adding it as a perk or paying the small fee—it's worth it. The breakfast options were impressive for a Garden Inn, with plenty of variety. The concierge, breakfast, and housekeeping staff are all lovely. Overall, I'm so happy I decided to stay here. The location is excellent, with everything you need within walking distance, including great restaurants and shopping. It was fun to walk around the area.

Thank You Hilton Garden Inn Silom Been staying here quite number of times since changing to Hilton. Khun Nan, Khun Earth, Khun Nui, Khun Baan and the team have been very helpful, and thank you very much for all of the hospitality. Will not hesitate to stay here any time if the plan allows.

Great long stay I had stayed at this location many times before when it was a Novotel and now Hilton Inn. This was a 20 nights stay and there are some positives and some negatives. Room A city hotel so can’t expect a spacious room on a standard type. The shower head was having issues but when called, someone was attended to it right away. The issue couldn’t be fixed during one repair so they asked me to switch room which was fine. Seems like the hotel can use a make over - everything was left as when it was a Novotel, even with the N towels. Service The front desk Ann is phenomenal. She has been so accommodating and helpful when call. The bell guy and housekeeper are courteous, quick service, and respectful. Location Cannot ask for a better location. Walkable to everything. Close to 7-11.

Perfectly priced for a quick stay. I needed a room for one night after arriving late in Bangkok. HGI Silom was perfectly priced for what was essentially an 8 hour stay. I was upgraded to a King Deluxe Suite. Fabulous room - separate lounge area, very spacious. Very large bathroom and a separate toilet. Breakfast is from 6am, which is a good for early risers that aren’t used to Bangkok time. Sure, there are more luxurious Hiltons in Bangkok, but this is excellent value for a quick stay. TVs could be bigger.

Very nice and modern Hilton Garden Inn. Felt more like a full service Hilton with acheap price of only $70 USD per night We just needed a hotel for one night before catching a flight back to Boston USA the following morning and found this place for only $70 USD per night. What a deal. Hotel was exceptionally modern and clean and excellent service. It felt more like a full-service Hilton than a Hilton Garden Inn. The bellhop eagerly took our bags to the room and doing it our self was out of the question. We are usually pretty low maintenance and do things like bringing our bags to the room ourselves. That would never happen at the Hilton Garden Inn in the USA.. The staff was fluent in English, and very helpful with any questions or minimal needs that we had. They even took cash for payment and I have never been in a hotel that accepts cash. That was kind of unique and saved me a foreign transaction fee on my U.S. issued visa card. For an extra five dollars on the nightly rate, I even got double Hilton Honots points. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. We woke up rested and ready for a long 14 hour flight the following morning.
