Lack of leadership and investment Room had coffee station in bathroom; really? I have never seen that in my life; come on man…Casino common area carpets had stains, shows a total lack of leadership and investment in the hotel, food in restaurant was decent and parking garage was good

Great location for concerts Great hotel, perfect location for attending concerts at either Maine Savings Amphitheater or Cross Insurance Center. This was our first visit in several years, and one observation I would make is that CoVid appears to have changed this hotel forever. The buffet remains closed and the casino bar, which was regularly open whenever the casino was, now seems to have sporadic opening and no live entertainment, which it had regularly in the past. The hotel itself however remains clean and modern ( although CoVid era restrictions on housekeeping remain) and is among the better hotels in the Bangor area.

Would go again!!! All of the staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant served great food and I would definitely stay there again! It’s within walking distance to everything you’d need. Our only wish is that the poker room would reopen!

Nice Surprise! Needed a place to stay when my power went out. Called this hotel and they have a generator, so if the power goes out, there is still power in their rooms. Was a little nervous because I'm not a gambler and this is part of the casino. But there was no need to be hesitant! The check in is in the back, so that was a little different, but once I found it, it was easy to check-in. The woman at the desk was very nice and helpful. My room was wonderful. It was a room like most hotels, maybe a little modest, but very clean and had all the same appointments as other hotels. The bed was comfortable and the television had local cable, which I really loved. I was able to keep an eye on the news and follow the progress on the storm. It is a casino hotel room and they don't want you hanging out in your room, so though there are plenty of outlets, they are not perfectly convenient. For example, there is only one outlet on the nightstand between the queen beds, so I had my computer charging in one place and my phone on the nightstand. Not really a big deal for me. If the power is going to go out again, I know where I am going! They also have a fantastic little restaurant, the 99. I'll review that. Totally enjoyed my meals there and even took one to go so I have lunch for tomorrow!

Disappointing experience The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. Our room was very nice. My complaint is the restaurant. They were all closed. When we pick a hotel we like to just stay there and not seek out restaurants in an unfamiliar town. The hotel told us the restaurant would be open the next day and it was still closed when we got down there. Very disappointing. We won’t stay there again.
