I always stay here! This is a decent hotel. The rooms are great, friendly check in staff, super super clean. Spotless property. I will always return here when I have business in Barrie. Great location close to highway. Coffee in lobby and good gym.

great visit This was a great visit! Came up because we love Barrie! Chose this hotel for the location and we like this brand! We always stay at Four Points. It was clean and rooms very nice. Staff went out of their way to help us and our friends have rooms together. We look forward to our next visit. Oh, the lobby is really cool! Really nice decor and furniture and you can sit in the couch and watch Olympics onTV.

Wonderful stay! We came here for the August long weekend and had a great stay! The lobby is bright clean and open with really cool furniture. Our room was on the ground floor easy to get in and out. Beds super comfy and room was very clean. Service was impeccable. The young man at the desk was warm and welcoming. We got a breakfast bag to our room, simple but all we needed. They had a small pool which was clean and bright. Our Barrie stay was great and we will be back!

Terrible My family and I chose to stay here to break up our drive up North. This was the first time we have stayed in a hotel since the pandemic and we were a bit nervous but this hotel advertised advance cleaning measures were in place. When arrived at our room there was popcorn on the floor and another persons clothes in the dresser. We called the front desk and they just took the clothes but didn’t offer us a different room. We were going to ignore it but then we opened the fridge and there was half eaten cheesecake and cold meats. We called again to request a refund and they wouldn’t give us one, they told us to “go out for dinner and they would get us a different room” they also proceeded to tell us that all of their housecleaning called in sick that day. So I imagine the room wasn’t cleaned at all. We went out for dinner and didn’t come back. We didn’t feel valued as a customer. The reception was extremely rude to us.

Wet sheets Checked in, hotel parking lot seemed very busy. Found it odd that they advertised free breakfast to go and was asked at the reception if we wanted a muffin or a granola bar or a yogurt or cereal and apple or orange juice box but whatever we went with it. Got to our room and sat on the bed and jumped as there was a huge circular wet spot on one of the beds. So strange! We couldn’t figure how it got there. Wasn’t the ceiling leaking maybe it was the sheets not being fully dried? Couldn’t be. Anyway we called down and asked for another room but they were sold out. They said they’d look into it so we left for dinner and on the way down let reception know our room number and we were leaving if they could please fix the sheets. They looked at us very strange and I agree it was odd there was a wet spot but they said they didn’t have housekeeping but they would fix it. Came back after dinner and there was a new fitted sheet and a top sheet on the bed but no comforter or duvet. It definitely did not match the other queen bed in the room. No comforter! We were too tired to complain and just went to bed. At 9am we had a knock and there was a plastic bag with chocolate cake muffins, yogurt and drinking boxes for breakfast as requested with a napkin and spoons. We got what we asked for. Easy checkout.
