Not a fan of this place There was a lot going on in the area this weekend. Formula 1 and some concerts in Austin along with the UT / Georgia game but the hotel, which should cater to the customer, gouged the prices from around $79 dollars to over $200 dollars a night and the amenities were nothing. We paid over $1100 dollars for a room with stained pillows, towels that should have been retired long ago and a no-smoking room that smelled of smoke each day when we returned. The room was large and seemed to be well maintained. The shower rod had been repaired but it appeared that the repair was never completed as the walls were not painted and so it didn't look finished. If you are looking for a breakfast, I had an $1100 dollar bowl of cold cereal. We went to HEB and bought breakfast bowls to heat up in the micro-wave. The only redeeming factor with this stay was the evening person who checked us in, She was so very nice and helpful but the rest of the staff seemed not to care about customer satisfaction as making money. We will not stay there again and I would sleep in my vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot before I would stay here.

Price gouging deluxe for nothing First off I understand that hotels charge extra when there’s a lot of activities in the area. I understand that completely. However, there is no way that this hotel is worth $1114 for four nights. The breakfast they offer is the choice of two different dry cereals the choice between two different apples. There were three slices of bread., in this case, he did ask if I wanted more bread after I had two slices I said no I didn’t need any more but someone else might, but then he just shut the drawing and didn’t bother to fill it. There was some sweet rolls and there was coffee and juice and that’s pretty much it.. Next the bedroom it was clean! However, very worn and not maintained. The microwave only partially worked. The platter did not revolve. The refrigerator keeps things cold enough that they don’t spoil so that’s good. The sink in the bathroom the faucets don’t look like they’ve had a good cleaning in a long time. The shower….. The showerhead is partially rusted and you could change the setting on it, but it still didn’t actually spray it just kinda ran out and the shower curtain rod has fallen off the wall several times you can tell because they’ve patched it and put it back up, but not painted over their patches, and the rod was still hanging at a precarious angle so your curtain keeps opening . The towels should’ve been thrown out four years ago. I have short hair and it still took two towels for me to dry off after a shower. On a brighter note, the air conditioner did work pretty good. The bed was tolerable and had no bugs in it.. The floors are laminate and very pretty but when they do housekeeping, they don’t even run a dust mop through there so after the third day, you’re beginning to feel the grit under your feet if your barefoot, the best part of the whole day was the lady that worked the evening counter and checked us in. She was very engaging very warm and friendly made you feel like they wanted you there. It’s sad that she has to work in a place like that. I cannot recommend this place for anyone, especially if it’s going to be during an activity or something cause you will pay through the nose. The housekeeping people seemed friendly enough, but did not speak English or maybe one of them spoke English, but the other one doesn’t anyway it was a little difficult too interact with them, but they were nice.. the two Desk gentleman that I met that worked in the mornings where friendly as a dead fish yes. Either stay home or go someplace else, but don’t go here.

Decent Hotel but poor Breakfast The Hotel was decent and clean and comfortable beds. It was a little run down but not to bad. Only thing below par was the almost non-existant breakfast selections. Eat breakfast out if you can as they offered very little.

Filthy Very dirty room and not just mine but my family's too! Moldy faucets, tub, dirty walls wit hair stuck yo it, dirty pillows, dirty floor. Praying spaces narrow and not enough parking either. I won't stay at this place again.
