Was having registration issues because I used a third party to book my room Front desk agent Sonnisha was beyond helpful while I was having issues with my room registration because the third party booking information wasn’t complete. Sonnisha was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful to me and my thanks

Great Poolside Service My husband I visited this hotel for a staycation. We stayed at another hotel up the street but our hotel does not have a hotel. We purchased day passes through Resort Pass and Josh and Sarah were extremely friendly and accommodatining. I would come back here based off the service alone. Thanks guys!!

Hilton hits a low! We are in Room 720 as part of a wedding block reservation. I am terribly disappointed to see the condition of the room and the lack of basic amenities. It appears I am staying in a below average motel and it is shocking to see a Hilton room in such a state. The carpet is worn out, the furniture is peeling and broken. There was no pen or writing pad available - yes, not all things are doable on my devices! The tap for cold water has warm water instead. The gumbo we ordered for room service tasted bitter and not like any other recipe I can think of. I am from NJ and they make a better Gumbo than this! Hilton, what's up?!!!!

Staycation in Baton Rouge A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I stayed at the Hilton and met friends for drinks at the bar. We had a great time and great drinks! Sara was the sweetest bartender and made the best cocktails. We will definitely be back soon and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in downtown Baton Rouge! Ask for Sara when you go!!

Beware! I'd leave a 0 star if I could. My flight got cancelled so I had to drive to my destination. I called. They cancelled my reservation and couldn't give me a yes or no on whether or not I would get refunded. Ok fine. They ended up charging me anyway. I called for a receipt for my stay. After multiple holds with the hotel front desk, and Hilton I was promised a receipt sent to my work email. Wrong. Next day called again. Same thing. Holds, etc. Finally got my receipt. Rude staff. Is this how you treat your Hilton Honors members Hilton??? Good grief!
