Do NOT stay here... yuck! Warning! Do not stay here. The lodge looked great on the website - water park, free breakfast, great room set up, etc. When we arrived, there were no cars in the parking lot. We thought that was odd, but were optimistic. We had adjoining rooms, which was great since we are traveling with another family. After finding chips and trash around/behind the headboards of the bed, we decided to do a more thorough check of the rooms. Hair on the bedsheets and pillow cases, tons of hair on the mattress protector, used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, chips/trash behind and around both beds, dry cereal spilled behind the tv (on top of dresser in view). I requested some cleaning supplies and fresh sheets/pillow cases so we could try to make the best of it. The new sheets arrived in a big laundry cart, unfolded, and the guy delivering them reeked of marijuana, so much so they my little kids noticed the smell of "skunk" in the room. Went to the water park. The "lifeguards" were falling asleep and paying no attention to kids. The only thing they could've done if a child was drowning/injured would be to get out of my way so I could help. It was atrocious. Kids had fun at the water park, then we went back to the room to relax. As I was making the beds with the "clean" sheets, I found DRIED BLOOD on the duvet. Gross. At that point, I'd had enough. I took the nasty blanket to the front desk, asked for a refund and packed up and left. Luckily found a room across the street at Holiday Inn Express with a better water park and a much cleaner place. Gross gross gross!

Not a Healthy Place Maybe this hotel was great at one point. But the only pros to this hotel were the size of the rooms and the arcade prices. having a "living room" type set up, and adjoining rooms was nice when we went with our friends. We were able to put our kids to bed, and still hang out. Other than that, the beds were terrible, with sheets that are clearly very worn. The faucets on the shower would only switch half way, so the pressure for showers was awful. The arcade was also the best prices we've ever seen for those cards you load up, and how many "credits" each game cost. They also had great toddler games (however over half the games didn't work). This was our saving grace for how much time we DIDN'T spend in the waterpark. The water park was one of the worst we've been too, and the main problem was the chlorine. It was very evident that there is no staff hired specifically to monitor chemical levels. The chlorine levels were far too high, and we could tell by all of the excessive coughing, rashes, burning skin feels our group had. It honestly felt as if it was at dangerous levels, as we all felt sick, until we left and were on our way home. I had a chemical smell in my nose for a whole day after we had left. Besides the obvious health risks, the main picture on the Arrowwood website of their waterpark includes a toddler type slide area/stairs, and the dumping water bucket. THAT IS MISLEADING, because that is no longer there! My 4 year old often wanted to leave after only a short time because she was't feeling good, and the lack of things she was able to do. You would be better off (and healthier) saving some money and going to somewhere like Great Wolf Lodge, where you will be safer and healthier.

Wedding Experience 2023 My husband and I had our wedding at the Arrowwood Lodge. We worked with Sammy the entire time and she was very helpful and communicative every step of the way. The room was decorated beautifully, the wait staff were always on top of things, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had many guests telling us what a wonderful wedding we had! We had a lot of guests make a long weekend out of it, bringing their kids to the waterpark. We would definitely recommend booking an event here.

HORRIBLE!! Had visited annually in the past but this year it was horrible. We definitely won't be going back! 1. Wi-Fi continually going out 2. No Wi-Fi in pool area 3. Sand in hot tub all week, never cleaned 4. Same trash on pool area floor all week 5. Elevators smell like urine 6. Manager and employee arguing in front of customers until 3rd employee literally yells over them and is doing the sign for “time out” 7. Front desk staff super unfriendly 8. Front desk staff didn’t listen when I asked to switch credit card 9. Everything ordered from pool cafe told it will take 10-15 minutes. Pizza took 55 minutes. Family next to us ordered 30 minutes after us and got food before us. When I asked about it after 40 minutes I was told it would be there now. I asked again in 10 minutes and still didn’t come for 5 more. Came very hot so clearly forgot to make it until I asked. 10. Life guards are no where to be found. Usually on other side of snack bar chatting with wait staff 11. Key card machine wasn’t working. Had to get someone from front desk time going to or from your room, the pool, etc. staff said they would bring it to the pool area when it was ready. Went back to desk, was handed to me, was ready but never brought to me. 12. No fruit or veggies on menu

Just a heads up! Be aware!!! This hotel charges a resort fee of 8%. Even if you book elsewhere it is not included even if they say all taxes and fees. Also, I was told the hotel will not reimburse as it is a fee for their breakfast, water, and other complimentary items. If these items are "complimentary" then why are we paying for them. This is false advertising! Also, in my 3-day stay....I tried the breakfast on Friday morning and Saturday morning....options available were: cereal with no milk, decaf coffee only, no cream...although they did find some when asked but said their truck didn't come to deliver goods on a busy weekend. Also, there were 5 hard boiled eggs, no bread, no muffins, no bagels. I did not even go Sunday to the breakfast as what I was paying for was nil. I had booked my reservation separate for Thursday because I added it in and had a separate reservation for Friday and Saturday. I told this to them at checkin and I had also told them the day before via phone. They said they had everything set for me and made my keys for 3 nights. The next day at about 11:30am they called asking when we were checking out. Very disorganized. I know they are short staffed, but if they are going to charge the amount they do...they need to be on top of things.
