No communication culture While the location of this hotel excellent. The staff members have a culture of not responding. I have forgot my electronic toothbrush. I called hotel housekeeping dept. Many times and no one followed back with me. I left at least two voicemails to the hotel manager and got nothing as well. This, it is clearly cultural issue in this hotel. Not recommended because of that.

Great Customer Service The Double Tree by Hilton hosted an event for our statewide organization. The group is small but the staff at the Double Tree by Hilton treated us like we were their most important customer. In particular, Valerie Gulde is a top-notch Convention Services Manager.

Second wonderful stay!! Highly recommend. Second stay at this property. Again perfect! High ceilings, big windows, nice views. Lots to do within walking distance!! Last night was a Hampton & what a difference. Very ample parking here. Last visit we had riverview and this time city view. I think both are fine. I will definitely stay again

Wonderful Quiet Stay At This Hotel I joined Hilton Honors and booked a room for one night for my husband and I. I can’t praise the woman at the front desk who took my call to book our room. She treated me like royalty over the phone-answering my many questions, providing useful info, and was so friendly! After driving all day, we were ready to check in and relax. When we walked in, the hotel was bustling with holiday festivities and beautifully decorated. The lobby was filled with people gathering for their own parties, holiday music, and staff dressed in holiday finery. We couldn’t help but catch the Holiday Spirit! The woman at the front desk was more than friendly. She treated us like old friends! She was super accommodating - we got the room location I requested a few days before. She even let me choose pillows to be delivered to our room. In spite of all the parties going on, our room was quiet all night! We enjoyed a nice dinner in their classy restaurant and didn’t have to wait to be seated. The next morning was Breakfast With Santa __ in the dining room. So we were seated in the lounge area which was a smaller area but just a nice. We had a nice hot breakfast, and enjoyed a delightful view of the parade of children and babies going to breakfast all dressed up in their holiday outfits. Thank you and Happy Holidays to the terrific staff at Double Tree by Hilton Bay City Riverfront!

Great hotel Awesome stay, great staff! The food at the bar was really good! The bar was fun! Right in town of all the bars. Great location! Good recommendations from the staff on where to go! Quesadillas really good at the hotel bar! Cold beer!
