Hollywood Casino Bay Saint Louis, MS The bed sheets had been washed but had several old stains. The bed was comfortable. The view of the bay was lovely. The bathroom was dated but clean. The carpeting in our room and the entire hallway was stained in a lot of areas and thick with dust all around the edges. There is no mini refrigerator unless you book one of the suites, so we had to go buy a cooler and then throw it away before our return flight. Most of the pool area tables had old sticky food and drink on them. I noticed it was the same old pizza and spilled drinks on these tables for days and days, never cleaned. There was only 2 umbrellas in the entire pool area. Shade was hard to come bye. Breakfast at the cafe' was good but very pricey compared to local cafe's and dinners. There was construction going on for a new bar in the lobby. It looks like it will be pretty.

Horrible customer service They have no regard for customer service or customer experience, they do not care. The amount of disrespect I experienced is unbelievable.

Great time The Hollywood Casino was very clean and a welcoming atmosphere. The players service employee was very friendly and answered my friend's questions about new member benefits. We had the lunch buffet, which had a variety of food choices. We ecspecially liked the variety of desserts ( the turtle cheese cake was the best!). The slot machines and games were fun to play and paid out. Looking forward to our next visit!

RV Park is great RV Park is great as well as the pool area and Lazy River. I've stayed in the rooms too but prefer the price of the RV spots.

Slots Nice to see the variety of the new machines and still have a variety of the older ones. Will definitely be going back.
