Stay somewhere else. This hotel has seen its better days. The AC in our room was broken, when we called the front desk the person said “I am woman, I cannot fix.” The told us there was nothing that they could do because the maintenance man had left for the night. We asked for fans, they told us no. It wasn’t until we called corporate that they finally gave us a room with AC. While we were relieved to have AC we quickly learned that the new room was in bad shape. Couch felt sticky and damp, the faucet in the shower was loose, the beds caved in the middle, nowhere to hang wet towels, the shower curtain was ripped in multiple places, etc. Gym & pool were not great either.

Many Improvements Needed This hotel can use new management/owners. The furniture was very dingy and old, broken front sliding doors, very hot and odd smells as you walk and in need of a deep cleaning. The happy hour has been cut down to 6:00-7:30 with cheese, crackers and cucumbers only. Unusually dark in the dining area and the cook was preparing food with minimal lighting. The menu was hand written (see photo), many items not available and what they did serve was awful. Their chicken was pre-cooked and breaded. Everything else was very cheap low grade quality. The breakfast was skimpy and nothing like what the Embassy Suites has ever served not to mention the fresh fruit was frozen and still unthawing. Lastly, the staff at the front desk appeared to be very aggressive and desperate. I discovered that the room rate and tax differed from what I actually booked. Check your invoice and do not stay here until they renovate and operate under the Hilton/Embassy Suites standards. A staff member admitted that the place went hill down after it was recently purchased by out of state investors. Visit the Embassy Suites at the Columbus Airport to have an amazing experience.

Horrible experience. I reserved a suite for my visiting daughter and her family. When she checked in, the 1st floor suite we had requested wasn't available. When they went to the room, the key card didn’t work so they had to go back to the front desk and were given a different room. The opened hide-a-bed had brown spots and no upper sheet. Although there were 4 people staying, there were only 3 towels. The hotel couldn’t provide a 4th. Only 2 tv channels worked. In the a.m., the floor in the dining room was sticky. The only good thing I can say is that they refunded the money, but the hassle wasn’t worth it. This used to be a nice hotel…

Definitely Not Worth It This hotel is definitely not worth it. We stayed 3 nights and was suppose to pay $560 but ended paying $710 for taxes. Yeah crazy right! Plus we had a $200 hold on our card for “incidentals”. The room was not up to par. There was stains on the floor, water damage in the ceiling; like big bubbles you could pop, the bathtub had a brown ring around it, the white shower curtain had stains, and there was a bad odor in the room. We was here from Georgia for a family reunion and most of my family members complained of the same issues with there room. The outside and interior is nice and that’s how they get you but the quality of the whole building is just not worth it.

not a friendly place The environment is outdated and dilapidated. We sat at their bar where the footrest was torn away from the bar structure. (the bartender was nice) The management staff was disrespectful and uninterested in addressing our billing questions. We would not recommend a stay at this location,
