Average at best I don’t often give so-so reviews of Hilton Garden Inns, but this one was just a meh experience. Staff seemed disinterested, both at the front desk and the “restaurant.” The pantry shop was pretty blah. Half of the fitness center is under construction – and no notice of that on the hotel web page. Accessing the hotel is kind of weird because you have to pass through a fitness center parking lot, which tends to be active at all hours. The room itself was about what you would expect from an HGI. A bit more traffic noise at night than I would have expected, but otherwise comfortable. There are so many lodging choices in the area that I probably wouldn’t go for this one on a future trip.

Room is fine the service is horrible Room was fine but do not eat here in the morning they clearly have no idea what they’re doing. The wait for a simple breakfast will take you over an hour to get and they will continually come back to ask you your name room number and what you ordered. After a long wait your food will come out cold.

Clean, super staff, great breakfast, bestbar tender Larry managed the bar and cooked! He deserves a serious pat on the back. Kate at the front desk was also wonderful. Due to recent GM departure several items were not available yet Larry did his best to take care of all guests with both charm and humor.

They didn't care We were offered during check-in a room-service to clean up the room the next day. (The room itself was good, no problems here!). Even a precise time for the room-service was booked. Next day, after we left the room, we told the reception, the room is now ready to be cleaned. Once more this was confirmend. As we came back in the evening: Nothing had been done, no room-service has touched anything. (What it did was waking us up the next morning by talking extremely loud in the corridor and knocking at doors.) An excuse from the general manager, which the front-desk promised, didn't ever reach us. And even Expedia, through which we booked, didn't get a reaction from the hotel afterwards. So, if you wanna stay in a hotel, where they care about their guests and take service serious: go somewhere else.

Great stay! The hotel is in a great location that felt really safe. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was nice, big and very clean. The beds were a little firm for our liking. The staff was great. There is no breakfast included but there is a menu to order food items from and they have lots of snacky things to buy also. I would definitely stay here again!
