A lovely anniversary weekend. This is my 5th or 6th visit to Omni Bedford Springs. I love the peaceful and tranquility quality of the place. It is definitely a relaxing place, not a party spot. That suits me quite well. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our couples massage. I also had a wonderful facial the next day. The relaxation room in the spa is truly lovely with special teas and different spa waters. We had a delicious anniversary meal in the 1796 Restaurant . They even brought us complementary anniversary desserts. The restaurants also all accommodated my gluten-free diet. We enjoyed strolling the beautiful grounds in the evening after our dinners. We are already planning to come back in the fall.

Bedford Springs - Pleasantly Old-fashioned if you're familiar with the Omni's style of service and accommodations, than this property will meet your expectations. The banquets and event-planning staff are solid and nice to work with. The property speaks for itself, and I recommend going there if you're keen on hiking, golfing, or prefer a slower speed to things. The resort doesn't have a bustle to it, and that may or may not be part of what sells it for you. This is a place for early risers and people who can run in a lower gear.

Lovely Resort We love history and it was a treat to stay in this historical hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our meal in the Crystal room was not worth the expense. Our room was very nice. The golf course was in excellent condition and beautiful. We will definitely return to this resort.

40th Birthday - Girls Trip! Our group wanted a relaxing getaway and that is exactly what we got at the Omni! First, the employees were exceptional . From the front desk, to valet and bell services and the spa - so friendly and accommodating! We had a wonderful day at the spa and spent an entire day lounging around the pool. A few negatives... Cleaniess of the rooms could be improved. Lunch at the spa was not great especially for the price One BIG Issue... Our group consisted of 5 ladies wanting to relax so we reserved a cabana by the pool for the entire day. The cabana cost $400+ which is not the issue. When I reserved the cabana, nowhere in the description did it say a minimum or maxium number of people that the cabana held. When we arrived at the pool, we were taken back to our cabana that only had room for TWO people. Clearly, that does not work for our group of 5. The pool attendants told me to speak to the employees of Tally Ho (incharge of resort activities). At first, they were very understanding and said they would refund the money. However, a few minutes later I was told I could only get back half of the prices because there was less than 24 notice. Even more frustrating was the fact that all of the cabanas by the pool sat empty all day. I am very disappointed by the way this situation was handled.
