Super clean! I stay at a lot of 5 star hotels for my job and this Residence Inn was cleaner than many of those and had an extremely friendly staff. Shout out specifically to Manny for ensuring my friends and I had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay.

Great visit! Had another great time at the Residence Inn! As always, Manny was wonderful. Especially appreciated the breakfast - I was so impressed with the variety and quality they had for grab and go options in these times. Can’t wait to return!

Excellent service and stay - very clean I stayed two nights at the Residence Inn with friends. Manny and all the staff was super accommodating. The room was very clean and extremely quiet. I’ve stayed here before and will continue to do so.

Pleasant, Clean with Outstanding Staff We arrived Chicago earlier than expected and I called the hotel to see if we could have an early check-in. Mike - the General Manager - answered, was terrifically accommodating and ensured that my requests were fulfilled even though I was arriving early, which was unplanned on my side. It is very noteworthy to say that Mike as well as the rest of the front office staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. All appeared well-trained and attentive; overall, outstanding service. The hotel naturally is still in Covid-19 pre-caution mode, so fully housekeeping happens only twice weekly, yet they assist with refreshed towels/linens and other essentials as needed. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-appointed for the longer stay business traveler. The bed is comfortable & appears new. More remarkably, being located right at the constantly busy Midway airport, the room windows are truly sound-proof. The hotel is nestled in an enclave of other big brand hotels: the area seems secure and clean. Although I usually reserve assigning the full 5 stars to truly "5 star" properties (Four Seasons, Intercontinental, et al) as to not water down the standard, I have to make an exception and give this little property its well-deserved high rating. Again, it is Mike and his staff who make the difference here.

Home away from home Had to stay here for a couple of months and the front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast attendants, everyone was nice and accommodating. They made us feel like we were home away from home! I'd definitely return just because!
