My Go-to Hotel in Bel Air/Aberdeen I stay here often on business at Aberdeen Proving Ground. The location is very convenient to I-95 and APG/EPG and is in a nice area. I’ve found the rooms to be very clean and quiet, and the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. I’d especially like to call out Towanda for her excellent memory, diligence, and genuine caring for guests. I have no doubt I’ll stay at this affordable property again.

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, good price Arrived late in the evening and was greeted by very friendly staff. Room was clean, although could use some updating. Breakfast was very good with a conscientious, kind woman making sure that everything was fresh and bowls were filled. Price was great. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

AWESOME Room was smoke free smell. Very clean. Staff was very welcoming.Our stay was so pleasant and peaceful.Great location to everything. Cracker Barrel is walking distance.Other restaurants within 5 mins..

Great value Comfortable beds, the room was quite nice. The staff was nice, clean and nice property. Updated rooms. Breakfast was nothing special (no eggs) but definitely worth the price overall. We Will stay again .

No hot water for 2 of 5 days We checked into this hotel on Dec. 22. I thought it was an all-suite hotel like Springhill Suites, where I usually stay. But our room was just a room, and the bathroom was like a Motel 6. We decided to check out the next day. I told the front desk clerk this, and she "upgraded" us to a suite for free. It was better, and we stayed. It was extremely cold the next 2 days, and the heat did not get above 66 in the suite. Then on Dec 25, our hot water shut off in the middle of a morning shower. It's now 10 pm on Dec 26 and there is no hot water! The front desk clerk told me, "I told you we're having water issues. We expect it to be fixed by Wednesday." I asked if she was telling me we'd have to check out tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec 27, with no showers since Dec 24, and she said she was sorry. From now on, I'll stick to Marriott properties!
