Weekend away Seen a few bad reviews here but really not sure why. Got an email that was room was ready from 2pm which was great, room itself was a little small put modern and clean with bottles of water. Hot breakfast both mornings was busy but always fresh food there and tasty. The cheese looked a little dry and rubbery and my wife didn't like but but that was the only flaw in a 2 night stay

(Don’t know the name but he has a red hankie in his top pocket) all The guys in the restaurant at breakfast are working away keeping the place running efficiently and food well stocked while not getting in your way. Wonderful stay at the Clayton. Absolutely beautiful modern hotel in a prime location in the centre of Belfast, close to all shops and restaurants. 5 stars for customer service, staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The food was delicious and great selection for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will be back next time.

Lovely Stay Lovely hotel in a great location. The room was cosy with everything you could need. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. We had dinner and it was really enjoyable we cleaned our plates, we didn't get his name but the server with a beard and glasses gave expert service and it's always nice to be served with a smile. Will definitely be back.

Very poor hotel. Hotel needs to give Cleaners training, no milk, Tea bags, Toilet Roll or Towels left in room despite asking for room to be cleaned. Very Rude man on reception who didn't care. I asked him question and he turned his back and walked off. The Bar/Restaurant staff need training. One girl clearly didn't want to be there, got order wrong, Was using her phone at bar and then sat down and started charging her phone at one of the Tables. She was also dancing around Bar and Singing. Menus were very dirty, so were chairs in Restaurant and Menu very poor choices on it.
