Will not stay at the Ramada again The front desk allowed someone else to check into our room. I had to recover our bag and clothes from the room and be moved to another room. Upon calling management after the fact, they did not return my call as promised upon further investigation. I call back, was told they would refund but only found a 7 percent refund of our total invoice. Substandard service and management of the facilities.

Don’t bother ! Anywhere else is better ! Upon retuning at 9pm at night found room mot serviced called front desk and was told I MUST have put a do not disturb on the door . Had not and in fact when I left at 11 am was asked what room number was so they could do room . After quite a fierce argument when asked what I wanted requested some towels And to have a reduction in the room rate … told to talk to management tomorrow morning . The entire complex is run down and like the twilight zone but a simple I am so sorry would have sufficed .

Horrible hotel or Hotel hell. One to avoid. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I got to the front desk I had to pay a higher price. The clerk didn't care. The room was dirty, dingy and dark. The carpet was filthy. It smelled. The door to the room was broken and no one seemed to care. Staff was never available. The breakfast was sparse. It included eggs and more eggs with some toast, the standard waffle and cereal. No potatoes, beans, sausage or bacon.

Avoid - One Star is 3/4 of a Star Too Generous If you base your choice of reviews, heed this simple word: AVOID. The smell of weed should have been an indication... a HUGE red flag. One would have to be perpetually stoned to be ok with the carpet soggy with water from the air conditioning vent, the freakishly low counter in the bathroom, the unidentifiable fuzzy mess in the HVAC intake, or the questionable spot on the closet wall of the SECOND room offered. That last one - yeah, I am not the type to remain and ponder the likelihood/probability that it may or may not be black mold. I immediately checked out to a better option elsewhere... and then proceeded to put EVERYTHING that was in the room into the washer. I would have burned it all, if it weren't for the fact that I was in the first days of a work trip. Ramada staff: you could have salvaged things. Instead, you charged for two nights (despite me being there only for one - with an overall time in your hotel 25 hours)... then you offered the scribbled number (not a business card) for the "General Manager" who - predictably - had a voicemail service that was no longer accepting messages. Your attitude of subtle inconvenience accurately reflected where you work: a place which may have seen better times decades ago, but today remains as the butt of jokes of sad sympathy and empathy from other hotels and former customers. There is hope: the location is fairly decent, as long as you don't mind the Canadian version of "My Cousin Vinny" when it comes to the train passing by at weird hours of the night. Perhaps, one day, you will get it together... ...Or become a gravel parking lot. Who knows?

Go elsewhere!⚠️ This hotel is awful! It really is NOT a hotel, but more of a run down motel that masquerades as a hotel. Our room was full of spiders, cobwebs and dirty! The walls have unidentifiable stains on them, the bathroom is incredibly outdated and the drain was blocked - disgusting! Getting help is even worse, the rooms aren’t cleaned and when we asked for our room to be cleaned we were told that we were not on the rotar!? Three adults sharing a room and no cleaning for 4 days!? No towel change, the amenities are a joke. The outdoor pool is drained, not working - their website LIES!! If I could report this hotel I would, it has grout and mould in the corners of the rooms. The breakfast is highly processed crap - packaged muffins, rubber looking eggs and no fruit!? The coffee is also gross. This “motel” is gross! It’s filthy, over priced and I would rather sleep under a bridge. The best day was leaving with a vow to never return! The franchise ownedr should be ashamed, this is the worst type of false advertising. Worst trip ever. At night, the corridors reek of marijuana which also speaks to the hotels poor ventilation. There is no onsite restaurant & no room service. The breakfast room is a tiny room with sad dated furniture. The gym has one treadmill that squeaks terribly - what a fail. Total FAIL!!! Do not stay here…ever.
