Nice quiet hotel The hotel was clean and felt safe. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is tucked away from the chaos. It was quiet for the most part (there were some events taking place that were a little noisy). Parking was included and so was breakfast. Breakfast was different daily. The pool was clean and maintained.

Everything you want for a business stay Super clean room, cooling system worked great. Very quiet. Comfy bed and pillows. Parking was plentiful. The front desk even gave me a couple candy bars and a bag of chips as a diamond member. I don't think I've ever gotten that before. Sometimes the Embassy suites will give you a room that has a candy tray in the room, but this one gave me the bars and chips at the desk upon check in.

Pffft, free outdoor parking? This is BELLEVUE! If you're charging for overnight outdoor parking in a non-metro area of town, don't expect anything more than 2 stars from me. An unsecured, outdoor parking lot is not a chargeable service; it's a paved patch of ground a business is expected to maintain in order to have customers at all! It's like charging a customer for the convenience of having a door on their room. Just stop. Other than that, the place was okay. I couldn't find the stairwells, the fitness room is only open during business hours (equals useless for me), and when I went downstairs to check out, there was a line of 10-12 people also trying to check out and nobody at the front desk. Overall, it was about as forgettable as any other place else I'll never visit again.

surprise hidden costs I made a reservation over the phone directly with Hilton. I was assured that the price the person gave me included everything. Upon arrival, I was informed that I had to pay an additional $50 for a pet, and another $15 to park my car. I am not simply disappointed at the price as much as the deception.

Do not expect good customer services from Embassy Suites Bellevue. I am a Hilton Diamond member and stayed at this hotel for five nights. Below are my positives and negatives for this property: positives: 1. better maintained property compared to most run down embassy suites, having been to more than few in the US major cities. 2. good location. negatives: 1. Poor Customer Service at front desk - When I checked in I was told that I would be able to move in to a Presidential suite the next day as a complimentary upgrade but, the next day the front desk person changed and the story changed that there was nothing available - I could see it available online but, they refused to honor their commitment. I left a message for the General Manager to contact me but, never happened. 2. Rude staff at breakfast - The staff would take aware everything 5 minutes before the closing time and actually close even hot water for tea/coffee stands 5 mins before real closing time and refuse to accommodate even a glass of hot water. I don not blame the staff but the General manager and his/her supervisors in the management chain who run this poor show and leave the front line employees to take the brunt! I will not return to this property again!
