Clean, quiet, and just amazing! Amazing hotel with superb room service. The place was super clean and quiet. I had an amazing view from my room facing towards the Microsoft building and Lake Bellevue. There are a good assortment of restaurants right outside the hotel. It is a safe place to stay, and the area surrounding the hotel is also very safe. I enjoyed every second in the hotel! :)

Hyatt in Bellevue, WA Was there for a convention. Facilities/ballrooms were nice. Enjoyed the food. Quick access to shopping, coffee shops, and freeway

Hyatt Regency will never get my business! After 30 hours of no sleep because of the Delta debacle and checking at least 10 different hotels around Seatac airport and Seattle, we finally got thru to Hyatt reservations. We were looking for 2 rooms with king beds. The reservation person said he had 2 rooms that were available. He took my info and sent me an email with confirmation #. He then took the info for the other couple and sent them a confirmation #. When we got to Hyatt, the confirmation # he sent both of us was the same, therefore Hyatt said they only had one room. This was their screw up but they would not honor it. The young lady at the check-in desk kept checking with the manager who never showed their face to see what she could do. She finally offered to call the Westin which was within walking distance to see if they had rooms. They did have a room which of course was more expensive.
