Average hotel next to the highway I needed to be in Bellevue for meetings and the hotel prices were really high. This Sheraton is a smaller property off of the 405, but it is conveniently located near most of the tech offices and the Lincoln / Bellevue Center. The room was small and the layout was not the best. There was a fridge that seemed to have been placed as an afterthought as it blocked the path to the door and washroom. This needs to be moved. I had a hard time paying $300 USD for a night at this property, but had limited choices. It does have free self parking, which is better than the Marriott which is 1 block away that charges $35 from what I recall. However, the hotel is a bit older and I did hear the traffic, so if you are bothered by that ask for a room away from the freeway. Gym was a decent size and had a proper workout with free weights, benches, treadmill, bike etc.

Can do, but not recommend I chose this hotel to enjoy loyality privileges at a reasonable price. The hotel is really old and run-down. Service is ok. A lounge is offered. Location is 20min walking distance from Redmond downtown.

No room You know what makes a work travel day (up since 4am) even longer? When you get to your hotel at 10pm and they tell u there was an “issue” with your room and they don’t have any more rooms available. Thanks for nothing Sheraton Bellevue Hotel. A heads up would have been nice. Definitely poor customer service. I had to get on a shuttle and go to a different hotel - Not the one I booked. Not the one my coworkers are all at. Not the one that I have to meet said coworkers at in the morning.

Simple, clean, comfortable I stayed for one night on a business trip. I arrived very late and the front desk was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and straightforward. The bed was comfortable. The tv had Netflix and free HBO Go, which was nice and worked well (including automatic logout for Netflix when you check out)

3.5 Star Review Took my family here for a one night stay. I've stayed at this hotel once before, but it was more than 10 years ago, so I don’t remember much. We picked this hotel as it was one of the cheapest hotels available under the Marriott group I could find. I checked-in online, so on arrival, it was just a matter of confirming my ID and my credit card and was handed over my room keys immediately. Front desk staff was friendly but not overly talkative. The lobby was nice enough, and certainly has been updated since my last visit over a decade ago. Access to the room floors by elevator requires a hotel key card, so you feel there’s some extra level of security. We were told we were given an upgraded room, but other than being on a higher floor, I don’t know how different it was from any other two double bed room. The room was nice enough. Bed mattresses looked brand new (as I always check them over thoroughly as the first thing I do when I enter my room). There is a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, as well as an in-room safe. Room has been updated with added USB ports to plug in devices. LCD TV was a good size and had a decent number of channels. Bathroom was basic and functional, but the hairdryer was probably one of worst we’ve used in a hotel in a long time. The work desk was adequate size, but does not match well with the work chair, making or an awkward typing position while working on my laptop. The basic internet service was measured to be 10Mbps, which was quite good. No problems with dropped signals. Our room faced West toward downtown, so no noise at all. As a platinum member, we had free access the club lounge for evening appetizers and morning breakfast. Compared to other club lounges I’ve been to, this was probably one of the smaller ones I’ve been in. In most lounges I’ve been in, the evening appetizers can easily serve as a decent dinner. But here, the food was generally subaverage. The only dishes worth having were the cheese, cold cuts and the fresh fruit. The spanakopita was inedible. There were 3 other cold vegetable and salad dishes that looked so unappetizing, I didn’t even want to try them. There was one espresso machine that we made good use of. For drinks, they offered bottled water, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sierra Mist and Mountain Dew. The breakfast was better, and included a standard offering of bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes as well a waffle maker, oatmeal, fresh fruit and small selection of pastries. Service during breakfast was quite impressive – the attendants were quite proactive and helpful, which I appreciated. They had no issues with my children (both under 12) being there. Location is decent. It’s not as central as a lot of other downtown Bellevue hotels where you can walk to Bellevue Square, but you get free parking at the Sheraton. I know some of the central Bellevue hotels will charge from $10 to $40 for parking, so the Sheraton can be one of the better value options if you have a car and you want to balance location and cost. One service note – after getting the standard bill at checkout, I noticed the next morning the hotel sent me an updated invoice that included a pet charge. I don’t have any pets! I immediately contacted the hotel. My issue was eventually handed over to the Front Office Manager who fixed everything by the next day, so I was happy how quickly it got addressed. Overall, it was an OK stay. As mentioned, it’s a decent hotel in a good location and can provide good value if you are a non-member, and slightly better value if a Platinum member. The hotel isn’t particularly outstanding in any way. I would only return when they have exceptionally lower rates than the local competition. I would rate at 3.5 stars, mostly for value.
