Accommodating The staff was very friendly and met or exceeded my expectations. It was my first visit to Bellevue and I asked a lot of questions. The staff was very kind and helpful to answer all of my questions. The breakfast food was excellent and the wait service was very accommodating.

Clean hotel with a perfect location. Uncomfortable bed and expensive weeknight rate. We spent one night to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel location was perfect! Right by Bellevue Square and many restaurants. The hotel staff was great, very friendly. They even called my room to make sure I received my requested items. Everything about the room was great. The balcony was really nice to relax on. I wish they had 2 chairs on the balcony, not just one. And a little stand to set drinks on. My only real complaint about our stay is the bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable & neither of us got a good nights sleep. Since a flat sheet was used instead of a fitted sheet, it kept coming off the mattress. The sheets were not very soft. The comforter was very thin and did not keep us warm. We paid almost $400 for this room on a weeknight, which was very expensive. I would have expected the bed to be luxurious for the amount we paid.

Really Nice Hotel Had a lovely one night stay at the Westin Bellevue. The room was clean and beds, as always, comfy. The location of the hotel is wonderful with so many choices for shopping and meals. The front desk woman was extremely helpful, professional and welcoming.

Bellevue Westin Hotel is Excellent We had a fantastic stay. Our room was very clean, comfortable and having a balcony is wonderful in the summer. The staff is competent and professional, they made sure we had everything that we needed and were very friendly.

Paid for a view and a large room, got shades closed all day and a room that felt like a sauna. Do NOT stay here. Room was not clean on arrival. Paid a premium price for a large room with a view. Can’t open the shades because the room gets too hot. Have to keep the shades shut and the bathroom door closed to keep the room somewhat cool. Finally was given a fan for the room. Staff wanted to put us in a smaller room instead of fix the AC. I didn’t want a credit or anything comped, I wanted the room they promised on their website. This was a six night stay, I asked for the room to be cleaned on Saturday while we were gone. Front staff promised it would be done at noon (this was after I complained about other issues). Got back at 2pm and nothing was done. Front staff obviously is either understaffed or just don’t care. We travel a lot and this is not the worst hotel in the world, but for the price and what we expected from their very good marketing photos it ranks near the bottom for us. Update, tried to give my five year old a bath last night and the bathroom was like a sauna. Do not stay here!
