Hotel rooms are starting to age and were over priced. The hotel is starting to age, and customer service at the desk needs to be more polished. The bathroom needs to be more polished at the edges. The bathroom taps were dripping. The view from the room speaks for itself. The customer service selects the room based on the person coming in. The room is not insulated, as you can hear the person above going to the toilet. An electric heater and a fan are provided, so not sure what it will be like in winter. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good but not for the price. A genuine hard Scottish breakfast with egg or porridge made to order. The coffee was dreadful, and all the guests avoided it. They need to invest in more expensive coffee beans.

They can do better The bedroom is very poorly insulated, I can hear my neighbour showering and using the toilet. The prices of food and drink are too high for the quality, not to mention the fact that all the prices were increased a week ago without any change in quality. Breakfast time changed from 06:30 to 07:00 without informing residents. Not really practical for workers. Empty cider draught for a fortnight and also no more bottles. No fish or pizza on Sundays. The breakfast was more than average. The service was really good The spa is also very good

Great atmosphere Had the best service from Christina. Made us all feel at home. Looked after us like we were her own. Great food too and nice rooms. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend your hotel to anyone. Hopefully England win the Euros tomorrow and they can stop talking about ‘66!
