Stay Elsewhere We wouldn’t recommend staying here, for starters it’s listed as an O’Hare airport hotel, if you consider a 20+ minute drive away then ok…room wasn’t the greatest condition or cleanliness. Read a review about rats in the parking area. You better believe it, saw them and they were BIG. Airport shuttle only runs on the hour we ended up taking an Uber both ways anyway instead of standing around. Many other better options closer to airport with better shuttle service. We wouldn’t go back.

Buisness trip It was 88 dollars a night compared to the 180-250 a night at other hotels in the area. For the price it was great, very friendly staff, comfy bed, and a clean room. Definitely not as nice as other hotels but it’s also half the price of it’s competitors

Near the airport and clean We stayed when our flight out of ORD was canceled due to storms. It was a great location with a free airport shuttle. The pool and jacuzzi were a welcome feature, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful. We did not plan on staying here, but we enjoyed it anyway.

Unacceptable bullying behavior from hotel manager We unfortunately had to stay at this hotel after an airport mishap. We checked in last night and paid for an additional late check out. The manager started calling the phones and harassing us to leave. After letting the manager know I in fact did pay he came to the door to intimidate me and say I had to leave in 2 minutes. This was so unacceptable for staff to bully and intimidate a paying customer without checking for their own mistake.

Run away as fast as you can Go somewhere else!!! This place is infested with RATS !!! Staff are rude and not helpful. Literally rats running around the parking lot and property. The transfer to and from the poop hole was late we waited 2 plus hours for transfer back to our vehicle. Are vehicle was dented and deeply scratched while we were on vacation. Go somewhere else and save your family from this h*** hole.
