Loud AC unit in room The AC unit in the room was sooo loud I didn’t get a good night sleep!!! 2 nights of this.. Either be hot turning it off or hear the loud noise coming from it!! Ugh, the hotel would’ve got 5 stars from me but not being able to sleep sucked. The room was clean, the lobby could use some tlc, the furniture was a little outdated and worn. But, again my room was very clean! Breakfast was ok..

Best staff Kelly at the front desk, I believe Amanda (blonde hair) Brandi and so many more were absolutely amazing. I was there with my son and every second we walked by made him and my whole family feel like we were with family!! Amazing staff and clean comfortable and definitely will come back

Front desk flop Checked in and chose room on line. When I arrived they had changed my room because they were full. Made no sense. New room had no AC on a 94 degree day. Back at front desk they offered to discount my room. No manager at the hotel. Finally they called a manager after I insisted they find me a room at another hotel and comp it. I get that oversells happen. Don’t make it worse by assigning a room that should not be available. Very disingenuous actions

10/10 Stay Stayed with a large group and the staff went above and beyond making our long trip special. Excellent meals provided daily by Chef Kim and kitchen staff. Incredibly kind and helpful team- Kimberly, Chris, Val, Cecil, Jean, and Bryan- THANK YOU!!!!

A wonderful weekend in Northwest Arkansas at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville, Arkansas, a wonderful weekend Had excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville, Arkansas, the room was immaculate, sheets were clean ,beds were clean, bathrooms, clean, everybody, very accommodating. The restaurant food was delicious, the bartender, Carlos, was very helpful in everything that he does. He delivered our food to the to our table, and we had a wonderful time, ended up visiting with other people at the Hilton, very good rapport with everyone. Absolutely wonderful time. I would suggest this hotel to anybody that comes to Northwest Arkansas, the night manager ,Michelle was very accommodating with my needs, texted me frequently to make sure that I was comfortable in my room with no problems. An extra special attempt to keep me happy. The house keeping personnel were very accommodating with my room. Excellent services.
