Excellent Customer Service / Polo Lounge Due to a last minute work conflict with my wife's employment, our plans for brunch fell apart. Compounding our disappointment was we were planning to celebrate a special occasion. I informed Mia of the situation and she was kind and understanding and helped immediately. Her excellent service makes us anticipate our next dining visit in the near future. Thank you again Mia:)

The most wonderful experience. My daughter treated me to a two night stay at the Beverly Hills hotel for my birthday a few weeks ago . We have travelled a lot and have stayed in some fabulous hotels but none compares to this hotel . The staff especially Chloe were exceptional.She made our visit so memorable .The hotel itself exudes glamour and opulence . Our room was beautiful , pool area perfect, food delicious. We ate in the Polo lounge, in the restaurant by the pool and outside in the most adorable little garden for breakfast . Everywhere food and service were superb. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, we were expecting a lot before we arrived and it exceeded our expectations.My daughter even shed a tear as we were leaving! We really hope to return some day .

Fabulous Beverly Hills Hotel, A Must Visit We absolutely love this Hotel and is one of the reasons why we would make the long Trip to Los Angeles. The arrival and check in service is fabulous along with the wonderful service at the Polo Lounge - photos are not always allowed due to guests valuing privacy - possibly celebrities. The pool area has been upgraded and allows for more seating and people, and a lovely setting. It is a must visit and an Iconic of Beverly Hills. We always walk to Rodeo Drive as we enjoy the walk, houses and gardens and recommend the walk.

A very special Anniversary weekend! A classic hotel with Hollywood history around every corner. So much to see and do at this beautiful property! My husband and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and enjoyed every moment at the Pink Palace! We dined at every restaurant and enjoyed every bite. I walked our dog around the lush gardens every morning and afternoon and always met friendly staff. The pool service was outstanding during a busy summer weekend. Thank you!

Wonderful The Beverly Hills Hotel is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A special thanks to Chloe, who went above and beyond to look after us and even upgraded our room twice! The rooms themselves are stunning, complete with a charming outside patio that adds to the experience. Breakfast was spot-on, and dinner at the iconic Polo Lounge was a memorable highlight. Every detail was handled perfectly, making our stay nothing short of luxurious. We can’t wait to return to this classic gem. Highly recommended. I only have a couple of points to make. I don’t think films in the room should be charged $19 and to watch Netflix is a complicated app system where you have to download and pay for an app. Other hotels are much simpler. But these are two very small details.
