NO A/C, impossible to sleep! Noisy. The cabins are not air-conditioned, and during the evening the bedrooms did not fall below 87°. It was impossible to sleep. For a family of four ( my daughter) with two little ones, it ruined the vacation and had to check out early. I stayed in the two-story hotel building, which was renovated and nicely air-conditioned. However, the noise from the room above mine (and outside) was so loud I was unable to sleep. The Wi-Fi does not work. Though the website says a crib can be rented they don’t have any. The location is great and the area is nicely treated and cute. However, I do not recommend this hotel if you want restful sleep, or need Wi-Fi.

Amazing place A comfortable place to stay with a family. We enjoy so much the days in this place. My kids would stay forever... The people on front desk were very kind too. Near to the lake, near to the downtown, the location is awesome. And the view of lake is amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect. We already miss this place

Don’t stay here at all I never ever seen a dirty place like this in my life spiders and bugs everywhere and huge spiders look so dangerous and the sealing covered with spiders nest I couldn’t sleep so my advice don’t stay at this cabins _

Great location and value Excellent location literally steps from the lake and the Village. The cabin was reasonably priced and the helpful guy at the front desk let me check in early which was really appreciated, especially on the last day of a three day holiday weekend. The cabin itself is adorable but small. The cabin had everything I needed for a three day stay, including a micro kitchen and a wood burning fireplace. There is a pool and spa on the property. Everything was clean and well kept Totally recommended

Gorgeous remodel right on lake Awesome stay at Big Bear Frontier. We stayed in the hotel rooms right on the lake. Gorgeous view of the lake and rooms had pleasantly been remodeled since my last visit a few years ago. Updated floors, furniture, bathrooms, and digital fireplace in wall with heater attached. So nice and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay. Pool & jacuzzi are in the middle of a remodel, but will be done by summer. Will be staying here again the future! Also, just a 5 min walk to the village where all the restaurant/bars/ & shops.
