BED BUGS We stayed here for the ferris volleyball camp. When we arrived I checked for bed bugs but did not see any. When we woke up we had bites all over and they are still appearing after being home. Apparently bites can show up 14 days after being bit. I would not recommend staying here if you don’t want to sleep with bugs.

Great stay as always We stay at this particular location multiple times per year as we have family in the area. We are always satisfied. The facility and rooms are always clean and the beds comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Musty anyone Usually this location is great, we stayed in one room which was musty and smelled like mildew. Im thinking something happened with that carpet and it wasn't fixed. We tried to move to another room, and we were told there were no avails. We ended up burning candles to hide the smell. Not to happy this stay

Phenomenal Customer Service The customer service was phenomenal at the front desk! Anything we needed for our room we just asked the front desk and they were able to take care of us. I give average rating because the cleanliness and quality of the hotel was not the best and predictable for a Super 8 Hotel. Great place for last minute stays and affordable, decent-quality rooms with friendly staff on hand!
