320 Guest Ranch/ Disappointed but Nice to Look At First, this is a beautiful setting. River, mountains, horses....it is stunning. The staff is polite, the breakfast buffet is good, but there is not much effort made when there is an issue. We attended a family event and many family members shared cabins (and costs). We reported a dead rodent in our cabin...couldn't see it but could definitely smell it. We reported it at the desk right away but nothing was done. The smell got worse every day. When we checked out I brought up the issue and was told that they weren't sure if we wanted a trap set or not and that's why nothing was done. Last time I checked traps were for catching live mice so it was obviously a lousy excuse for doing nothing. There were also issues with food prep in the restaurant on site. Steaks not cooked to order, missing side dishes and drinks. The margarita was terrible, but the Big Sky Lemonade was fantastic. I recommend finding another place to have dinner and drinks off-site. Finally, when it came time to check out, the credit card that was provided to pay the balance due (1/2 balance was paid in advance) was not charged as discussed at check in. They charged original card instead of splitting balance with secondary card provided. Again more excuses and no apology for the error and told it will take two weeks to correct!?! No housekeeping services. You have to make the trek to the office to get towels, tp, trash bags, ice. It was a disappointing experience.

320 Ranch wedding destination. The scenery was beautiful. The cabins were comfortable and we had a great time. Fami.y was there for a wedding. The staff was very friendly but the office was not as helpful when issues arose. We reported a bad odor in the room, possibly dead mouse, and nothing was done. The restaurant breakfast was great. At dinner, the staff forgot a salad and a side and got order wrong. The chef undercooked a steak the first night and overcooked the steak the next. Nothing done to correct steaks. Sides were brought out later. The wedding was fabulous. Beautiful and well organized. My only complaint was that the staff continually cleared the tables of people's drink glasses, even when our cocktails weren't finished. At one point,I thought she was going to take my glass from my hand!

Felt like quintessential Montana 320 Guest Ranch, thank you!!! I wanted to start off by saying how magical you made Montana for our group. There were 14 of us, ranging in ages from 2 to 70 years old/4 families and we can all safely say, we did not want to leave. Accommodations were picturesque, clean and fully stocked. My family of five stayed in a riverfront cabin and there was something so special about waking up to the mountain stream, getting to watch the horses clock in at 7am right from our porch with the sunrise right behind us. Staff was great. Helpful at breakfast. Sweet with our crew and especially staff member, Liam, who taught our 2 and 5 yr old littles how to fly fish with felt fish and even let them feed the real fish. Activities and onsite amenities were awesome. They had everything from volleyball to basketball to practicing lassoing cattle and so much more. We had six kiddos with us and not once did anyone complain about there not being a tv in the cabins so if you’re also looking for a trip to get your kids off screens and connect with nature and family, this is the trip for you.

A bargain in paradise. We LOVED our time at 320! It is a fabulous base for exploring this stunning area. Here are some pros and cons: - Dinner at the onsite restaurant McGill's is delicious (highly recommend the trout cakes) - our server, Will, was GREAT. - Breakfast was included and was one of the best free breakfasts I've ever had. - The 4 hour horse back ride was very fun - the horses were very well behaved and the view was stunning. - The cabins were clean, large and comfortable. - The entire staff was friendly - Clair at the front desk was especially helpful. - The location is STUNNING - and so easy to get to both Big Sky and Yellowstone. Cons: - Our cabin was a duplex - occasionally, we could hear our neighbors. Next time, I'd select a stand alone cabin. Overall, we loved this place. It is NOT fancy, but has everything you need from a great coffee shop to on site fly fishing instruction. We'd be delighted to stay here again.

Meh. Very generic, expensive for no reason kind of place. Advanced horse riding nonexistent. No dinner for visitors on Wednesday. Extremely profit driven catering to families with kids.would never stay here again and we usually love western experiences.
