Overall Good with 2 disappointments This hotel was very clean. The sofa bed was also one of the best we have used in a hotel. I think the couch was new, so my son was very happy about that. The staff in the breakfast area did a great job staying on top of things. It was so busy! It is a good-sized breakfast area with places for individuals to sit, which is good when you are the only one at breakfast and don't want to take up a bigger table. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the bed and the pool. The bed was very firm. I honestly considered finding a different hotel because of it. The pool was not very clean, so we didn't swim in it. I know outdoor pools are tough, but we have stayed at other hotels with outdoor pools and they were better maintained. Lots of leaves and dirt in the pool. I know that both of these issues are subjective. I personally would not stay here again because of these 2 reasons. But, overall this is a nice hotel in an out of the way area that is quiet, felt safe, and was clean.

Good Budget Hotel Very large room with 2 double beds and a sofa. Aircon was working, my blind had some damage and could not be raised. Breakfast was OK, plenty of coffee being on offer all day. Pretty normal Hampton Hilton as you would expect. I'm used to seeing more bins located around though. I did not see any on my floor

Insolent attitude My wife and I have stayed at this hotel before, but I'm not sure that we will be returning. While the rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, we had close to zero internet access during our stay. When I raised the issue with the front desk I was told that there was nothing that they could do and that I should call ATT, their internet provider. The attitude of the woman at the front desk was insolent and she even said that I was a problem raising the lack of internet access. I expect a great deal more especially as a Diamond member.

Not worth the cost I have been staying at this property for the past 5 years; last time I do so. Room without a desk (first time in 5 yrs), was lied to when asked why and horrible wifi service. Not worth the ridiculous high cost.

Attractive & Comfortable This is an updated Hampton with attractive grey decor. Our room was clean and comfortable. This Hampton does not have suites. We would stay here again. There are few restaurants nearby but it has an outdoor pool and fitness center.
