Hard pass on this Hotel! This hotel needs an emergency cleaning and new furniture! My room had tattered, worn- out furniture. I can't believe they rent rooms in this condition. Plus. The bathroom was filthy, the floor was dirty and the shower curtain was stained! Gross.

Stay somewhere else We had stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and was looking forward to staying again. It has totally gone down hill. The safe had been ripped out of the wall, the dust build up on the desk was disgusting, there was no screen on our window (3rd floor), our room wasn’t made up, others in our party had cigarette butts in their bed, blood on shower curtain…Staff were grumpy.

A good nights rest. Our room was very clean, spacious and up to date. I especially like that the floors were engineered wood and not some nasty carpet. The shower was hot and plenty of pressure. We were in a king room on the second floor. Surprisingly quiet considering we were next to a busy road. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Also a gas station very close. Would definitely stay here again.

Way overpriced Overpriced, worn out and very outdated. No carpet in room and floor was dirty. Front desk service was rude. They switch my room reservation without any notice. Breakfast was lousy. Cold cereal and cold eggs. I would not recommend and would stay at motel 6 before this hotel

Don't stay here I'm always thankful for people who take the time to write reviews, because I like to read reviews before I choose to stay somewhere. I didn't do that this time, and I regret it. Let me just say, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. From holes in the doors that were obviously kicked in, to stains on the sheets..nasty carpet...and a front desk worker who would obviously like to be anywhere other than at work.... this is not a place you want to stay. As I'm writing this, it's 11:12 pm... and it sounds like a soccer or hockey game is taking place above our heads. And I can hear every word the kids above us are saying as if they were in the room with us. In the bathroom, on the counter with the soap is a package of earplugs. I'm not even joking. That was a HUGE red flag from the get go, and now I'm considering actually using them. Even though I have an 8 and 10 year old, we have not gone to the attached water park that initially drew us in. It does look fun... but super packed at all times. Really the bottom line is, there are SO many nice places to stay in Billings that are cleaner, better taken care of, and WAY more relaxing.... don't stay here. We will not ever again.
