It was OK at best The room was clean, but outdated. The bathroom had an Electric Mirror which was nice, but the tub and shower are from 20 years ago. The casino, while dealers were very professional and nice, there is no advantage to playing here. 6/5 blackjack, hit soft seventeen and other odds that are against you. Sports book is ok at best. During my free time that I had to gamble I ended up leaving the property and headed to the Hard Rock and Beau Rivage. Much more enjoyable atmosphere in the casino.

SCAM central. Beware of the sinking facility. Where to start? Property is in a great location, but extremely dated and dirty. Don’t waste your time gambling there - did not win anything (don’t expect to all the time), but also did not see anyone else winning. Atmosphere is like a quiet retirement or senior citizen center. No perks for Caesars members with higher status. NONE!!! No valet, drink/food discounts, etc. Also no player perks: free play, next day slot play, etc. The vibe is like this is a dying facility…. Many SCAMS going on throughout the facility- Caesar’s corporate should investigate! SCAM! Scheduled my room as a comp and to my surprise received a bill upon checkout for an upgraded room? Wow! Would hate to see what a standard room looks like, my room was dreary, dated, dirty and noisy…. Another SCAM at the bar - when playing you do receive free drinks. One particular bartender charged for drinks and only accepted cash? I avoided him after our first encounter with no further issues. 90% of the staff seemed mad that you would dare bother them while they are at work! I really don’t write reviews, but felt it necessary to warn others! This place is terrible, imagine it will not last long. Recommend Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Recent Stay As an overall, I enjoyed my recent stay. The food was very good. The service & food was great! Only recommendation or suggestion is I don’t like carpet & the carpet was not the best looking. Due to carpet holding dust & smells to change out the carpet to hardwood would be a great choice. Other than this & everything was great. Maybe next time, after all the money spent, I may hit a jackpot.

Expensive Self Service Hotel We were excited about our trip to Harrah's GC after experiencing Harrahs in Cherokee. This place is a dump. No way this a 4 star hotel. Dirty, things broken, extremely expensive for a self service hotel. Rooms need help with updating. Most of the staff was nice but we did have an issue with the cabanas. We were quoted a price Sunday morning and then when we came back once the computers were up it was double the price. The guys reasoning was because almost all were booked. I'm all about supply and demand but if you quoted a price don't back pedal. We checked out a day early, because we would rather sleep in our own beds than waste another night. When we checked out there was no offer to comp anything, even after gambling. So I dropped almost $1000 for 2 nights at a 3 star hotel at best.
