What an awful, dirty and unsafe hotel!! STAY AWAY!!! Unless you want to room with people on probation and being housed in a courthouse situation. This is an unsettling place. Seedy! And people hanging out in their sweatpants, bandanas and loitering in groups outside. As a female traveler, I did not feel safe. With these issues and having driven over 4 hours, I was exhausted and I could also not deal with the nappy dirty/stained carpet, I decided to just try to shower and get to bed. With a series of misunderstandings, the manager calls me at 9:58 pm. He tried to fix the situation by offering me free breakfast if I came down by 9:30 am. (That was an insult as if it was actually a concession to help me by asking ME to get up early to get a voucher.) A true act of offering would have been, we’d love to give you a coupon for a meal at your convenience. In addition, when I requested a later check out because I was purely exhausted, the manager confirmed it. However at 11:38 am the next day, housekeeping knocks on my door and wakes me up! At this point, I gave up. The hotel said they were happy to have moved me into another room. Remember, a hotel is for sleeping!!! And after a very long day of travel, who wants to move when they are in bed and exhausted. This hotel manager, general manager does not know how to do business and solve a problem. Rather waste everyone’s time and energy.

very nice downtown hotel Great holiday in convenient location. I was upgraded to a suite as I was a IHG member. There was a little kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, a living room with a tv, and a bedroom with a desk and a large shower in the bathroom. Hotel and room were overall clean and bathroom was modern. Minor things: i could hear the room next door use the bathroom and it was very hot in the room (I tried to turn on the heat, but that did not work). the bed could have been comfortable but i had a hard time sleeping due to the heat (you can open the windows, but no screen!!). I would definitely stay here again.

Avoid if you need to do work in your room Rooms are small making it feel like a very cramped space. Not the place to go if you need a desk workspace as the desk is tiny. The shower/bath is very dated. If you are taller than 5’4”, you will be squatting to take your shower. Front desk staff is very nice.

Pleasant staff Brittani at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant with our check in and check out. The hotel was located near multiple restaurants that served an enjoyable brunch and craft beers. The hotel restaurant was convenient with good food a nice atmosphere.
