Bad Very good location but the beds were terrible.. very very dirty accommodations black mold around the shower faucet dirty shower floor. Carpets in room and the whole place haven't been washed in decades.... do not stay. Wish I could get my money back

Bronner’s and DQ Life is good when you can simply walk out the door at this Country Suites and walk Life is good: walk across the little street to the local DQ. Yum! & Bob Evan’s is about 3 short blocks away. Bronner’s Christmas Shop is about 10 minutes away.

Please do not make this your first choice The first room. The door didn't shut unless you slammed it. Ok. Not the end of the world. I walked into the bathroom to see broken tiles and mold on the shower wall. I went to the desk and asked for a second room. The employee was very friendly and said no one should have used that room. Ok, fine. She found a new room on the third floor. Told me to check it out. Walked past a room with the door open and a couple arguing. Ok. Go into the room. Right to the bathroom. No drain and bottom of tub full of dirt like someone washed off shoes or something. Walked back down. Noticed the pool area through a glass wall. The hot tub had so much algae that you could see the white footprints from someone who went into it and disrupted the algae. I am sure they may have nice rooms, just not the 2 I was assigned

Very dated and overpriced The hotel was very dated. The drywall was repaired very poorly. The water pressure was horrible and the faucet went all the way around so you had to guess where the hot water was. The room was across the hall from breakfast so very loud in the morning. The hot tub was broken. Very expensive for the state of the hotel. I would never stay here again. I felt like I was in a Motel 6 and not a country inn.

Not impressed! My friend and I booked this for a quick trip to go shopping for 2 days. Upon checking in, it was quick and the staff was nice. She explained the breakfast and pool hours to us. The hallways were overwhelmed with the smell of pool smell strong, even on the 3rd floor! The key readers are old and it takes a few times to swipe to get in the room. We found that the room was dirty, stains in the carpets, sheets and blankets, curtains and screens had large holes, shower curtain was torn and everything had an odor. There was so much dust in the wall air/heat unit. The pillows were uncomfortable, small and the best was not good. The pool made your eyes burn and there was a ton of scum on the bottom of the pool and hot tub had no heat. That was why we went there but we didnt stay very long. Someone on our floor had a dog that kept barking constantly, but we were told this was not a hotel that accepted pets. When I messaged down to the front desk to mention these things, i was ignored.
