Will never stay there again. Check in was late due to rooms not being cleaned. We had to wait over an hour. The lady at the front desk, was not service driven. Her attire was unprofessional, her attitude was “I don’t care” Details of check in were left out leaving me with unexpected charges. Room was decent, but the tub didn’t drain, very little air flow in the room making it hot and stuffy. Will never stay there again.

Needs some attention to detail Ewww…blanket dirty with someone else’s lipstick?!? Furnishings show serious wear and tear. Non-smoking room but smelled as if someone had been smoking. Building was in a great location with just minimal attention to detail and a few upgrades this would be a 5 star. Come on ceasars entertainment do better!

Fido look elsewhere! We came to the Lucky Lady because they have pet stay rooms.the room was nice once we got it. The check in was terrible. The first check in person wasn’t able help us. It was on the second floor. It was close to the parking ramp but there was a nowhere to be found area for pets to relieve themselves. We were told to take the sky walk to the Horseshoe Casino. Take the elevator down to the first floor. Then, walk through the casino to some other elevators. Then take that elevator to the third floor. That was a parking ramp! It had a square patch of artificial turf. The patch was about 10x10. It was filled with dog poop and urine. There was no place to walk you pet without stepping in the extremely soiled area. It was truly despicable, and a filthy disgusting health hazard for pets. I have pictures of it. If the establishment offers pet stays, I would hope the pet areas would be clean and healthy for humans and their pets. I am leaving tomorrow.

no money back,,,,instead you are charging me for something else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!i will definitely put a copy of my bank there were no places close to take a ten year old,,,,,,,buyers beware,,,,,we paid everything before we got there,,,,,i understood the 75.00 fee but we hadn to leave a day early,,,,,,,,,,and as usual there was nobody at the front desk,,,,,,,,,,,,,what kind of business is this,,,,,,,,,,,,,so if we had to leave because i got terribly sick,,,,,,,why do i not get 75.00 fee,,,,,and why did you charge me another 50 something on a day we were not there,,,,,,,,,,,,come on now,,,,,,,,i am going to fight this

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bad Service while staying 3 nights and terrible service afterwards trying to protest all the hidden fees. They demanded a $75 deposit on arrival. Then after departing my credit card was charged an additional $43 & only $32 of the deposit was returned. We did absolutely no damage or incured any extra charges. Unless they r charging for clean towels or coffee for the rooms coffee maker. There is NO Housekeeping. NONE. I spent an hour on the phone trying to protest the resort fee & not returning all of my deposit. I got nothing but a run around never speaking to anyone but receptionists. Who reads a contract online to stay 3 nights in a hotel for a family wedding? I won’t stay in a hotel again if I have to start reading their ridiculous, extensive contracts. There is no housekeeping during ur stay. Plan to spend half an hour on the phone if u want clean towels or coffee packets. It’s completely overpriced & expect multiple hidden charges after u leave. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
