Fam trip to Minneapolis The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean. Great pool area for kids, probably one of the best I have stayed at for a best western. The rooms are a bit dated with the carpet and the washroom is very small. House keeping does come each day but you have to request it. The breakfast each morning was pretty good as far as free breakfasts go. The hotel was quiet at night despite being at capacity. We walked to the mall and train station and it took about 10 min. We used the free shuttle to and from the airport and it was great. The shuttle driver was very friendly and hardly a wait each time. I would stay here again.

Very LOUD place, but nice room Nice room, but worst sleep ever!!! Very loud band playing a special event. Was told they would be done at 10:30.... played past midnight. Whole room reverberated.... couldn't drown it out with TV on either. Has a big kiddie pool and hot tub and swimming pool.

Review of beat western plus bloomiton Beds were soft....most of the tv channels were not available! The pool area was very nice...to many young kids in the hot tub..breakfast food was average..nothing special ...room servi e knocked a little early on Sunday morning! Good lcation...close to mall of america

Worst Hotel Ever! Worst hotel stay ever! Already filled a complaint with Best Western! My room had a balcony that overlooked the indoor. For the hours that the pool was open the only thing I could hear was kids screaming. Didn't fall asleep until after it closed and was awakened first thing in the morning. Never opened those doors and closed the curtains to try to block the noise. It didn't work. When I called the front desk to tell them about the lack of sleep and to try to extend the check out time of 11AM, the man that answered, name CY something, he said that if I did not evacuate the room by 11AM, he would call the police and they would forcibly remove me! The breakfast room was SO crowded with long, long lines, I gave up and grabbed a few things to take to my room and heat them in the microwave. However, the power was out! I had to try and pack all my things and the things that I had bought from Mall of America in the dark! Their phone system didn't work. I waited for the shuttle from the airport for over two hours. I saw the driver, C.J., only because he was dropping off two guests. C.J. was a nice man and dropped me off at MOA. I called the hotel to be picked up from MOA and waited for over an hour and then took a taxi. I took the taxi slip in and gave it to a supervisor. He asked for my room number and said they would call me. No one called. CY? also told me that they weren't covering it. I am Diamond with Best Western and will never stay here again!

Good and a bit of bad Hotel was nice and clean and Lobby and common areas are attractive. Pool area is large and great for kids. All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The only downfall was the room. Ours had a very strong musty smell and the room was quite damp. Even the bedding had a slightly damp feeling, despite running the a/c to try and dry the air a bit. For this reason only, I’m unsure if we would stay here again. The room is in a great location if you plan to visit the mall of America.
