DO NO STAY HERE!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! You think it will be convenient because it is close to the airport but the shuttle takes 30 to 45 minutes to arrive. The staff is the rudest we have experienced in all our years traveling around the world. The hotel is average at best and certainly doesn’t make up for the unwelcoming and inefficient gripers that work here.

Unreliable Shuttle We booked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport and the advertised free shadow service. After landing and collecting our baggage, we called the airport to inquire whether or not they could send the shuttle and we’re assured that somebody would be there within 5 to 10 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes with no shuttle in sight, we called again and we were told that the shuttle driver had gone home for the night but that they would send a Lyft driver to pick us up. Then she hung up on us. 20 minutes later (and over an hour after our initial call), a Lyft arrived and we finally made it to our hotel at about 1AM. The made to order breakfast that is included is only made to order omelettes with one person making them for the entire breakfast crowd. Other than that, it’s powdered eggs, watered down juices, and terrible coffee. We weren’t even offered the barest of apologies, will not stay here again.

Poor service and OK room The facility is newly renovated and close to the airport. It has plenty of potential. However, our experience was disappointing. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke, we requested a new room, we were told the hotel was full and they could not move us. We opened the window to air out the room and it became stuck open. Called the front desk and maintenance came to close the window. We were told that we would receive Hilton Honors points for the inconveniences. This was fine and barley appropriate had they shown up as planned. Unfortunately, they never showed in my account then to top it off they charged us for a bottle of water we did not use. This could be a fine property had the staff followed through and not repeatedly fumbled the service. We'll be looking for another property next time I'm in the Mall of Ameria area.

Worst customer service! We booked our son in here as a place to stop while he waited for a shuttle pick up the next day. We called staff twice from the other side of the world to check some final details and to make sure alternative arrangements could be in place as there had been some flight delays. This was our son's first time solo travelling through the states and after 24plus hours travelling we wanted things to go smoothly so he could rest up before moving on. The staff on the other end of the phone were extremely rude both times - first time telling us to talk faster as he was only person on desk and was far too busy to deal with our issues or answer our questions, the time would have been 2am. The second time we called back in was 9pm and another person was just as rude telling us they had real customers to deal with in front of them and no time for us. Even laughing about how ridiculous our questions were. Disgusting customer service given how much they charge - attitude is the worst of any hotel we have encountered over many years of travelling and would never recommend to anyone. Champagne budget with toilet customer service!

Poor attitude and no solutions. Overall the stay wasn't the worst. But, the Shower in our room flooded the bathroom every time you showered because the curtain did not come down all the way. From the looks of the base boards and paint, this had been an ongoing problem. So, maintenence was clearly lacking. We had to use half the towels just to clean up the flood. Then there was a wedding Saturday Night and they played music so loud that we could not sleep. The base was rattling the lampshades and pictures. They allowed this to go on till midnight. Fair enough. I'm sure they paid to have their party. And they should. But, what about the other guests that also paid full price, no less, for a place to lay their heads and rest before traveling 12 hours home the following day. It's B.S. What's the fix? They paid to have their party. 100+ people shouldn't have to sacrifice this celebration. But, why allow this to go on at that decibel, until midnight, and put guest (at full price) in the rooms directly above this loud music. Then when I called the front desk, they cared not one bit. (those people paid to celebrate there.) l am good with that. They should have their party. But, they offered no solution to me other than "it will be over at midnight.". We'll I have to leave at 4am to drive 12 hrs home. So, thanks for that. No discount. No offer to move us to an area less effected. Nothing. Nope. Just an attitude for how I could even bring up such a thing. We have your money already. Take a hike. Needless to say, the attitude and not offering a thing to help with the compensate for the disruption and sleep deprivation. I will not be back. Congrats to the bride and groom, though. And, I mean that.
