Comfortable, No Air Traffic Noise Clean and comfortable, nothing overly fancy, but nice. We never heard any air traffic/planes while in our room even with the continuous MSP incoming and outgoing flights which was really nice. Close to MOA and IKEA. Pool is small (deep end is 5ish feet), but clean. Every time we visited the pool, there were fresh towels available as well as some conveniently placed throughout the pool area on chairs. No hot tub. Breakfast was pretty standard. Unfortunately no milk was available when we went for breakfast (apparently the delivery never came). Waffles were good. The hotel entrance/lobby seemed to have a rather strong air freshener that was overpowering and fake smelling which would probably be the #1 ‘complaint.’ The hallways also presented this bothersome odor, but thankfully the room did not.

Great location, good service Our group of four stayed here for several nights earlier this month. Check in and check out was seamless and our rooms were clean and well-appointed. The complimentary breakfast was good and on-site parking was free. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the Mall of America and the Minneapolis airport, both of which are a short drive away. Overall, this hotel provides good value.

Great stay for the night We stayed here just for the night, but we had a great experience Anya at the front desk was awesome. She was very accommodating and very friendly. She upgraded us to a two queen suite which was well appreciated They have a shuttle that operates to the mall of America and the airport 24 hours a day Just make sure that you get your name on the list because it does fill up quick If the shuttle isn’t available, you can also do a leisurely stroll to the MOA. There are many restaurants around, but if you want a personal recommendation go to Ciao Bella, it is in Edina . About a 10 minute drive or Uber away.. If you wanna watch the airplanes, make sure that your room has an even number. We will definitely return next time we’re there .

Top notch hotel and front desk customer service! We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last few weeks and had a wonderful experience both times. Our thanks to Melvin at the front desk who greets guests with a warm, welcoming smile and makes the check-in process so nice and easy. This hotel is so fortunate to have someone of his caliber servicing their guests. It is also one of the reasons we returned. We always want to be where we are welcomed so thank you again Melvin for the superior level of customer service you are providing. We appreciate it. When it comes to the hotel itself, this hotel is clean and well maintained. And when you walk into the room it smells clean and fresh without the use of any added fragrances or scents. So housekeeping is certainly doing an excellent job. And did I mention they’re a stones throw away from the Mall of America? That’s an added plus. I hope you’ll give this hotel a try and don’t forget to leave room for us. Lol! _ Our thanks to management for a job well done!

Outstanding! Outstanding hotel, very clean, nice breakfast, excellent hotel staff, airport shuttle service was on time. Very close to the mall to go and enjoy that. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and strong showers. Fitness center was loaded with treadmills and ellipticals and dumbbells. But many dumbbells were missing.
